I do try to be level-headed in my reviews; at the end of the day none of us are made to use it. What really stresses me is the lack of ability to filter out vids the "may contain disturbing content" before you find yourself watching an animal getting torn to pieces. And to top it all off, because you watched one, you're gonna get flooded with this material forever more. And don't tell me about clearing the cache, it is worse than useless and in any case I refuse to accept that the psychopaths who run the site can't figure out a simple filtering system as I mentioned.

First of all, BitWarden is a great product. I've been using it for over two years, and I'm very happy with it. It might not be the simplest password manager out there, but it's not all that complicated either. I'm now using 32-character random passwords on almost all of my logins and only have to remember one master password. The free version is fully functional, and probably enough for most people, but the paid version is a steal at $10 US per year and the extra features are worth the money. In addition to managing your passwords, BitWarden lets you store credit cards so the payment information will auto-populate at a click. Another feature is Secure notes, which allows you to save and access sensitive information like Social Security numbers or software activation codes.Customer service is fantastic. I recently sent an email request for help, and literally received a response within five minutes. The representative was friendly and knowledgeable, and solved my problem on the first try. I could not give higher marks for service.

Received completely wrong order. I ordered ON sneakers for 169€ and they sent me some ugly boots 5 sizes too big. Now i need to return and wait and hope to get my money back within 20 days. Customer service was not helpful and not offering any good solution from the mistake they have made. Now they will just hold my money.

Paid for express delivery on Sunday by Paack, another worthless company, did not delivered and now states delivery on Wednesday - 3 days later!!!!!!! Amazon customer service is worst ever, they refer to the seller but I paid Amazon and not the seller!!!!! For contacting the seller in somewhere in obscure Asia I would have bought it there directly. When asked for refund of express delivery that it was not complied by far not, they can not refund but only as a gift card making be obligated to buy again again at this incompetent company… never ever and never will buy at Amazon.es. Worst customer service they could not even provide me with the paack contacts in PT, worst follow up on deliveries… they get your money, promises that do not keep and totally do not care about it!!!! Congratulations Jeff Bezos being rich on my account!!!

I stopped buying from/via Amazon (I hear people now use the term “Scamazon”), after a series of incorrect items & delays, several years ago. I lost at least $100, in the process, and thought throwing money away was unacceptable. But, recent circumstances happened, where a favourite item is ONLY sold on Amazon, and before I move abroad, I wanted to buy some replacements. Since I last bought these things, Amazon ordering has changed dramatically. Now, multiple sellers sell this brand, often based on size. This meant that my order of 2 of one size, and 2 of another size of this brand, were fulfilled by two different Amazon sellers, and not even the brand store I used to buy from. One package arrived on time but, when I opened it, they were clearly the wrong items. (I ordered a pattern, and these were solid black.) They were not in original packaging. I opened one to see if I could tolerate it, and I kid you not, it was COVERED in lint and animal hair, AND there was a small piece of dried lettuce on the fabric, as well?!?!!!!!! Gagging, I quickly snapped a photo, and stuffed it back into the Amazon box. Gross. Even if the seller told me to keep them, I wouldn’t be able to donate them to charity, for sanitary reasons. Ew. The second package never arrived. So, making this exception for one final purchase from Amazon, it was another complete failure, and I lost more of my hard-earned money.With that, I’m reminded why my decision to stop buying via Amazon was a good one. (It cost me $25 to return the wrong, disgusting items that were delivered. Still waiting for that refund. Just started the refund process for the items never delivered.) It also blew my last window to order similar items elsewhere, and have them delivered before I move abroad. (After waiting 2+ weeks for the Scamazon non-delivery, it was then too close to my move-out date to risk it. So, I’ve been harmed in multiple ways!) What a pathetic company. It used to be really good. Now, you’ll never receive what you paid for.

I bought two, refrigerator magnets for 15.90 (included shipping). The magnets were the weakest I have ever bought; they help up nothing but a single sheet of paper. I culled customer support on-line, but there was a bug and I could not get my name through and my message. Typical of these p[laces who do not want a complaint or to give you your money back. No one answered 888.892.9953, and I was not asked to leave a message. I called 408.983.2800 and I was told I won a $100.00 worth of merchandise.I wrote the company asking for a refund. No answer.This place is disreputable. Do not buy anything from them.
