Very poor customer service and they will straight up lie to you over shipping dates. I’m the idiot though because Dell burned me before by letting me buy something online and then they delayed shipping for a month only to tell me they didn’t make a certain part for it anymore and discontinued it. Stupid me gave them a second chance and now they keep lying about shipping dates.

Couldn’t recommend any less. Be warned before giving them your credit card details. This company continued to charge me multiple times despite requests to cancel. I couldn’t access the account because it was my old employee’s so I contacted them directly in regard to the matter. We never used this service. It ended up costing meOver 1.6k and I’ll now have to have the bank go and dispute it with them. They can clearly see no login and account access but are choosing to refuse to refund. I had to reach out to the ex-employee to login and get it canceled. Matt was very rude upon request to refund. Lacks integrity.
