YELP just charged us $175 for 2 clicks. Called customer service and they offer me $300 in credit (4 clicks more). We actually had 0 leads, 0 results. When we advertise on facebook and we spend $300 we normally get 600 clicks. Such a different!!!
Review of teachable
I've used Teachable for the past six years, starting as a brand new course creator with no coding ability. Teachable made it easy to create my first course, and as my school has grown, I've been able to continue to build on Teachable without needing to change platforms. Student experience on Teachable is also excellent. My students are often unfamiliar with online learning and have no trouble navigating through the course content, even the most techno-phobic are able to use the site. In the last six years I've created dozens of courses and served over 10,000 students on Teachable. While there are a few things that could be improved; ability to charge GST to Canadian buyers, better reporting for monthly subscriptions, and I'm yearning for the ability to create a membership community alongside my courses without resorting to separate software, overall, I'm very glad that i went with Teachable!

It has a beautiful user interface and impeccable customer support; everything seems easy and well-done. I was advised my payment for 365 failed to process and I attempted to change the funding source.. Let the tale of woe begin. Trying to change payment type was a disaster, led round in circles time and time again to the point I nearly scrapped 365 altogether. Every attempt I made to pay the €7 was either “bad request” or payment was declined via PayPal. I was asked to renew the subscription, guess what! back to the payment page “ bad request” and “payment declined “ via PayPal. I spent over an hour trying to make the damn payment. I am fully tech savi, how a layman would negotiate this nightmarish process is beyond me. I had to end up cancelling the subscription and subscribing again. Come on guys, if I want to change my payment open (even if the account is past due) please let me. I’m cross even recalling this procedural farce. I decided to eventually dump the subscription and buy office 21, please don’t say you will miss out on certain benefits, I don’t care! I would also advise you have a large button to press to speak to a real person, not bury it under layers of automated nonsense, providing answers to a question not asked. 0 rating from me.

Microsoft makes you go around the world to contact them. The offer virtual service, but not live chat. In order to speak with a live customer service agent, you have to ring a +18 number. Which is not free as it's outside the UK.I've recently had a brain injury and I'm struggling to use their software/app.

I repeat. Why on earth have they spoiled Duolingo for no good reason? Old version was so much better. Complete lack of empathy for customers with no way of going back to previous version. I now have a 1718 day streak after a brief return to the Mark 1 version but am now definitely considering leaving Duo for Coffee Break Languages.The latest update, or should it be called a "downdate" is little better, a change to the worse for no good reason whatsoever!

I signed up for three Zoom Phone accounts, expecting reliable and high-quality service. During the setup, I provided all the necessary information to your support team to ensure a smooth transition. Unfortunately, the support team was unable to manage the setup process effectively. Despite multiple attempts and detailed instructions, the issues remained unresolved.Due to the inefficiencies in the service, there was a significant negative impact on my business. The phone numbers were changed without proper notification or coordination, causing confusion and inconvenience for my clients. As a result, I lost between 20 to 22 legitimate customers. This not only affected my business operations but also damaged the trust and relationships I had built with my clients.Due to the lack of reliable service, ineffective support, and the significant negative impact on my business, I can no longer trust or continue using Zoom Phone. I request a review of my case and appropriate action to address these issues, including a refund of the fees paid.

I have a g29 steering wheel for almost a year it still works on playstation but for what ever reason it does not want to conect to pc at all whatever i try it just doesn't want on playstation it works fine for pc it does to respond to any gale nor does it to the g hub itself

We have been using Evernotes for a few years but stopped working on my IMAC and no reply to my support ticket. I see Evernotes do not seem to want to reply to trustpilot or its own Customers. Time to look for a new product, does anyone have have a suggestions?
