I’m a Genius Level 3 customer who has used Booking.com many times, and I’m extremely disappointed by how I’ve been treated.I booked a hotel through Booking.com, and the hotel canceled the reservation themselves, but still charged me. I contacted Booking.com immediately, sent all the requested proof (confirmation of charge, cancellation notice, reservation number, etc.), and still, they kept asking for more and more.Now, 6 months later, they tell me to dispute the charge with my bank – which is completely unacceptable. As an intermediary, Booking.com should take responsibility, especially when the cancellation was on the hotel’s side.Being a loyal Genius Level 3 customer, I expected better service. Sadly, Booking.com has shown they don’t protect their users — not even the most loyal ones.Think twice before booking.

There is no refund policy on electronic goods and have only replacement policy even when you are not satisfied with the product. They strictly follow that rule whatsoever. So think 100 times before buying any electronic goods from flipkart and losing your hard earned money.

Deceptive billing practices.

Dropbox Sign appear to have been billing my card surreptitiously for over a year.No payment notification was ever sent and nor was an invoice ever produced in line with UK statute. Money was simply taken from my card.When you login to your Dropbox account, you'll find no record of any account or billing information and thus no means to cancel. Only when you contact Dropbox do they inform you that apparently Dropbox and Dropbox Sign - despite sharing branding, a web domain, user data, a customer service team and both platforms having signature functionality - are apparently totally separate entities and thus one can only find their billing info, and cancel their account via a separate subdomain.When you ask for your money to be refunded, you'll be pointed to the terms of conditions that were linked in the small-print when you signed up for a free trial. These terms will state that they can bill you without an invoice, that that they'll never give any refunds.Their sign-up and billing process appears intentionally designed to quietly bill people for accounts they're unaware of, make detection of this fact more unlikely and make finding the account and cancelling it more difficult. I highly recommend that you find alternatives to working with Dropbox.

No full refund

I've ordered multiple times at Abercrombie & Fitch NL and that has been good, until I ordered something, returned it, and never received a full refund. I have received a part of the refund, but the full amount of money hasn't been transferred into my account. The agents of A&F keep mailing me that they have refunded my money (with screenshots), and tell me there's nothing they can do about it.I even got an email of one of their other companies with a totally different order number, saying they gave the refund. I have sent back screenshots with proof that I haven't received the full amount. Right now, we're still going in circles, and A&F can't help me out.I feel like the customer is to blame in this situation, according to A&F and I feel like I'm never going to order again at A&F or one of their companies.I'm not blaming A&F for not giving me back my refund (because they have proof they've refunded), but I am blaming them for not correctly helping me out. A company as big as theirs should be able to do more than just mailing that it's not their fault. I do, however, want to have my money back.

I received a fiat direct deposit into my crytpo.com account and purchased BTC with funds on 10/11/2024. when I initiated sending my crypto to my external wallet, it went into pending status for hours, eventually I received an emailing transaction has been cancelled and account function was limited to only fiat withdrawals. I contacted customer service right away and was told i can only send funds through fiat, I requested they returnd the direct deposit back to which they refused. the customer service rep insisted I can only access my funds by linking account. I proceeded to link my external account on 11/11/2024 but till date it is still in pending status. Customer service has been terse and borderline rude in their reply. they refuse to return my funds to the originating account or allow me add my external fiat account. Please help!!!!

Ticket # 16165236I have a issue unsolve already for 4 days,they restricted my account after I requested withdrawal and don't let me withdraw money.I'm sending replies and emails to them but I get no response, only the same questions I've answered. Live chat doesn't work, keeps saying to send emails, but as I said on email I have no answer either. It's like that more than 4 days, it's very frustrating, their customer support is awful. Now I decided to report complain.I will report this scam to the FBI, at the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at ic3.gov and also I will submit a tip online at tips.fbi.gov and will contact my local FBI field office against kraken and also I am opening a complaint with the SEC, FinCEN, FTC, DOJ, CFPB, or FINRA. I may put review about all of these
