The customer service at GoPro is shockingly bad!. I placed and order with them for 2 items and a subscription and all the way through the transaction the shipping was free, as I had spent enough to qualify for the £12 discount. However, without realising at the very last payment screen the shipping fee was charged and i ended up paying too much. And this is where is all went wrong. I contacted the Customer Care team via chat as their website said this was the shortest wait. After waiting 45 minutes, i finally got through to someone and they said they couldn't see the order and raised this with their Ordering Team and someone would be in touch today.Fast forward to Monday - No response from them. Got back in touch again, via chat as this was the shortest wait time. Oh heck, turns out half my order has now been cancelled and they have only allowed the subscription to go through and after about 90 minutes i got told to re-order the items and they won't honour the free delivery. I have provided them with screenshots of a live view of the basket and of the order confirmation in my email, but they just don't care.
