Great fast and efficient customer service support on queries. Superb accounting functionality that is really good for small business and expansion into medium size. Only reason it does not receive 5 stars is unclear sign on incentives were not implemented and the restriction of 5 bills per month on startup packages seems unfair

Amazon.in the worst in the business

Amazon.in - they are selling expired, dirty, dangerous & harmful edible products online. I had purchased Alpen Muesli online, which I gave to one of my relatives as they sent normal muesli instead of sugar free. They had the muesli the 1st day without any suspicion. The next day they had stomach infection. When they checked the jar in which the muesli was put, it was full of tiny worms. They obviously threw the same in the thrash immediately, however the damage was already done. On complaining to Amazon, they refused to do anything about it, in fact I had also written a detailed review, which they refused to publish on their website. In the interest of the citizens & their health & wellbeing, I feel at least they should be banned from selling any edible products online, though their product quality in most non-edible products is also extremely poor & sub-standard, which is not the case in most other countries.

I requested a refund from Temu on April 13, 2025. They confirmed they would refund 304,000 UZS to my original payment method. However, it's been more than two weeks and I have received nothing — not to my card, not even to my Temu credit balance.Complaint Regarding Unreturned Credit Balance WithdrawalDear Temu Support,I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unresolved issue with my credit balance. On April 13th, the amount of 304,000 UZS was withdrawn from my Temu credit balance, with the promise that it would be refunded to my primary payment method (my bank card).However, until now — despite the time that has passed — I have not received the refund. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue, I have received various inconsistent and misleading responses.This situation is highly disappointing and unprofessional. I trusted your platform, and I expect my money to be returned as promised. I kindly request that you immediately process the refund of 304,000 UZS to my bank card, and provide me with confirmation once it is completed.If this matter is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue further.They keep responding with copy-paste messages, claiming the issue is being “escalated” and asking me to “wait 24 more hours” every time. Their refund receipt says the refund was done in March, which is a lie — I only requested it in April! There is no record of any refund in my bank account. Even my bank confirmed they never received any funds from Temu.I have provided proof, contacted customer service multiple times, but Temu just keeps stalling. Their support tickets are useless and give no resolution. I’m now considering legal action and filing complaints through official consumer protection channels.Warning: Do NOT trust Temu with your money. If something goes wrong, you’ll be left with vague promises and no real help.

Whilst I wasn't sure about using a…

Whilst I wasn't sure about using a company whom you can't telephone for support, I must say i am very impressed with Squarespace.com I use it for 4 websites, it easy to use and look perfect. I'm not a designer but it allowed me to create what I wanted in a very short space of time. I tried lots of web design companies over the years and honestly speaking squarespace.com allowed me to make professional, clean, mobile friendly site. So dont waste money on agencies get up and running on this and once you making great money think about an agency.

They state 5-10 biz day delivery especially on a high need order (face masks). Yup 1.5 months later still waiting as likely shipped from China. So upset!!! No response Signed SUCKER once again on these gimmick FB ads with them qualifying as an ad.

I spend over 1000 euro for a microsoft laptop, MS office should be included and not charged for an extra fee, this change in the politics is a shame for people that buys your product. When I buy a computer I expect to be working normally. MS office is a basic service that should be provided, I am not asking other particular services that can provided at extra cost. Thus I do not want to rely on the internet to be able to work on my personal computer! shame on you!

An update from Microsoft has wiped windows 10 from my harddrive and killed it. I have tried everything to fix this but no matter what I do I cannot fix this. I have now had to buy a second hand laptop and when it arrives I will be ditching Microsoft for a Linux OS. You have cost me not only financially but also Data most of which I will NEVER be able to get back again. Vexed doesn't even scratch the surface of how I feel towards this corrupt company. Your os is just as reliable as Bill Gates' so called vaccines. Both end up killing in the end.

I would give it negative 6 stars! Subscribed to Pro on March 24, 2020, got approx 3 weeks of service, then nothing! Got invoiced (and deducted from my CC) on April 25. I have SEVERAL times detailed the problem to their "support" (oxymoron), and no response. I have called twice and twice been promised a call back -- NOTHING. I cannot even access my paid account to cancel per their published directions. My only recourse will be to dispute the charges, although I would like to charge them with fraud.

Since the beginning of August, I have been waiting for an official answer about a full refund of the amount of 80 euros for products that I bought online and on the same day decided to return. Their policy states that in 14 working days you receive the amount back. My only option was to contact them through Facebook chat, where they respond saying something like you need to be patient and we check your case. One month has passed and still they investigate my case, which is that simple: I bought Sth, and I regret it at the same moment. I cancelled five minutes later, which means I didn’t receive any products to damage or whatever, and since then I haven’t received my money back!!!! That makes me believe that they want me to quit asking and keep my money. Who? ZARA, with a million sales!!!!!

Wells Fargo is the worst bank to open a business account .. I set up my business account and since i add Direct Pay and would not let them over charge me on payroll .. They Freeze my account and locked me out with no warning and put a hold on my money .. and sent my account to fraud department and told me to wait 10 days while they investigate. What is there to investigate? I gave you my money and you stole it bec i used a feature that Wells Fargo Offers

Down hill game company with nothing new

They want all your money for such water down dog poop of games. Honestly there is nothing new with this company any more. You get remakes, of remakes, same story type games with really no new better content. The last pokemon games sucked in being interesting or challenging. The last good game they had was LOA and they said nah to it. Oh but God forbid make a game with any mechanics that are UNIVERSAL they slam down a lawsuit. So stupid What make this all more worse is that they want to charge us basically 100 dollars a game, a subscription service to play the game we "supposably" own for bid sharing it and then change us 700-800 for the "new" game system that doesn't have anything new to it! It's just worse- you can't even use your old games on it.
