I requested a refund from Temu on April 13, 2025. They confirmed they would refund 304,000 UZS to my original payment method. However, it's been more than two weeks and I have received nothing — not to my card, not even to my Temu credit balance.Complaint Regarding Unreturned Credit Balance WithdrawalDear Temu Support,I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unresolved issue with my credit balance. On April 13th, the amount of 304,000 UZS was withdrawn from my Temu credit balance, with the promise that it would be refunded to my primary payment method (my bank card).However, until now — despite the time that has passed — I have not received the refund. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue, I have received various inconsistent and misleading responses.This situation is highly disappointing and unprofessional. I trusted your platform, and I expect my money to be returned as promised. I kindly request that you immediately process the refund of 304,000 UZS to my bank card, and provide me with confirmation once it is completed.If this matter is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue further.They keep responding with copy-paste messages, claiming the issue is being “escalated” and asking me to “wait 24 more hours” every time. Their refund receipt says the refund was done in March, which is a lie — I only requested it in April! There is no record of any refund in my bank account. Even my bank confirmed they never received any funds from Temu.I have provided proof, contacted customer service multiple times, but Temu just keeps stalling. Their support tickets are useless and give no resolution. I’m now considering legal action and filing complaints through official consumer protection channels.Warning: Do NOT trust Temu with your money. If something goes wrong, you’ll be left with vague promises and no real help.
