I would give it negative 6 stars! Subscribed to Pro on March 24, 2020, got approx 3 weeks of service, then nothing! Got invoiced (and deducted from my CC) on April 25. I have SEVERAL times detailed the problem to their "support" (oxymoron), and no response. I have called twice and twice been promised a call back -- NOTHING. I cannot even access my paid account to cancel per their published directions. My only recourse will be to dispute the charges, although I would like to charge them with fraud.
