Went with Printful to warehouse and distribute our products for our ecommerce store. Ever since they moved from NC to TX (they closed their NC warehouse for some reason), they have overcharged shipping, lost product, shipped wrong (many times). Their support is way LESS than good in that they have no phone, can only live chat w/them and then they demand (sometimes) impossible 'proof' of their mistake before they'll entertain a solution...that many times doesn't even work with our customers and/or us!
