Returned my item (worth £159.90) to Uniqlo on 18/11/20. Allowing for their 15 day return policy, received my refund on...wait for it folks....13/1/21, nearly 2 months later!!! Items returned (on the same date) to Uniqlo from someone else within the same household received their refund approximately 5weeks ago. When making telephone enquiries re: my refund I spoke to several customer service assistants who reassured me my refund would be processed asap. In the meantime I have incurred credit card interest charges. When asked if Uniqlo would pay have yet to receive a reply/answer. No reply from Uniqlo to my query via Twitter or Instagram.In my opinion, I have been treated appallingly. Having to wait so long for my refund is down right outrageous. £159.90 may not seem a lot to some people but as someone is who financially struggling in this pandemic, Uniqlo should be much more organised in terms of refunds & listen to their customers. Be wary of purchasing items online from Uniqlo especially if you need to return. You may need to allow a couple of months for your refund.
