I've been a customer of Survey Monkey for many years and I pay for the service off and on regularly.I forgot to turn off auto renew and got charged for a second month. Within minutes of getting the email I contact them and explain I don't need the second month, and that I had made a mistake and to please cancel and refund the recent payment.After a back and forth with the agent it was made clear that there was no way he could rectify the situation as it's 'not their policy'Absolute joke of customer service. What's worse is that I had turned off auto renew in the past, multiple times. But each time I pay them money to get on a premium plan again, they just turn it back on!!It's a real shame as the system and surveys are good. Customer service has gone out the window though in their efforts to maximise revenue.
