This WOULD be funny if the rug wasn't so expensive. On July 3 I bought an 8 by 10 washable rug for our living room.About six weeks later, when our cat threw up on it, I congratulated myself on my foresight and excellent housekeeping skills. I washed the rug in cold water at a local laundromat with extra large washers. I brought it home, still damp, and air dried it in our air conditioned home.Imagine my surprise when I put it down the next day only to find that it SHRANK. Like, not a little, A LOT. It is now floating in the middle of the rug pad that previously went underneath it.I wrote a nice letter to the company which replied, over a week later, that the 30 day return period had passed.Nothing, not one word, was said in the product description about allowing for shrinkage. And it's a standard size, which is why rug pads are made in the same size.In my original letter, I asked if they would simply send me a larger rug in the same style, which they do carry. No. Not happening. So: they sent me a washable rug which wasn't washable and it's my fault for not intuiting this when I opened the box.Their reply said. "It has been a pleasure helping you solve your concerns today". OMG. Is there intelligent life on their planet?I got scammed. And there isn't anything I can do about it. If this review helps even one other person to keep scrolling and shop with another company, it will have been worth it.
Review of southwest
Southwest Hotels provided the worst, most botched up hotel reservation experience of my life, and I'm a 63-yr-old frequent traveler, so that takes some doing! In mid-March booked a hotel stay for 5 nights in June in Orange County. Received confirmation of the booking by Southwest, who was usin Agoda search engine. All seemed fine; Southwest even emailed me about the upcoming stay more than once to make sure I was organized. Then, we arrive on the day, and there is no booking in the hotel's system. An hour on the phone in the hotel lobby (mostly on hold) with Southwest Concierge, and finally they tell me they had a problem getting the payment that was successfully charged to my credit card in March to the hotel. No attempt to contact me. No attempt to fix it and find me another hotel. No offer of points for my trouble or.to compensate me in any way for the stress and inconvenience they caused me and my partner. Just s lame apology from the poor sap at the call center and an "offer" to refund me the money charged to my credit card in March in 7-10 business days.Southwest needs to GET OUT of the business of hotel booking, as a look in google shows their performance is horrendously bad. I will never use this joke of a service again, and neither should anyone who wants to be able to trust that their hitel confirmation actually IS a confirmation without having to follow up behind the booking agency. For your peace of mind, I recommend you AVOID SOUTHWEST HOTELS ENTIRELY and Use Booking.com instead. That's who I turned to to secure a hotel stay at the last minute. I've used them dozens of times with no issues like this. Until Southwest Hotels can get its act together, it is likely to cause you grief.

Review of macys
The absolute worst customer service and return policy I have ever encountered. I paid 80 dollars for a melissa and Doug vending machine and was sent a final sale rewrapped comforter with a torn store receipt attached! A 30 day return policy during the holidays is absolute bull shit and their only resolution was to reorder and repay for my item. I will never do business with Macy's again!!
Review of change
I thought I was being asked for a single donation to promote a specific petition. It turns out the money j7st goes to change.org, even worse I had unwittingly agreed to a monthly donation. I should obviously have been more careful, and perhaps they didn't actually do anything illegal, but their tactics seem downright nasty.

the answer speed was a little slow, especially in the beginning when I had to resubmit the support pin a few times cause it expired when they got to my prev emails, but towards the end it was acceptable. Most importantly, they went to a considerable length to help me out, contacting the support agents of other services instead of delegating that to me
