I have not received any return label in the package. I have not received any email or invoice also from Uniqlo. All I received was a message to go to store and collect it which I did. Now when I want to return my order, I have gone to the same store (Wimbledon) to return and the store manager said they cannot help. Online when I key in my order number along with email address it says that it doesn’t recognise, there is no customer service phone number also for me to contact, not sure how to make this return. Why do you have stores if no one can help there

The magazine itself is great, I would give it 5*. The organisation, however, has appalling customer service. Their app doesn't work on older smart phone models and they no longer provide a Windows 10 app. After being sold a subscription at New Scientist Live, I spent way too long in email correspondence trying to sort out my subscription and a letter detailing my struggles to the head of Customer Service went unanswered and unacknowledged. My subscription still isn't sorted and I seem to have ended up with a half-arsed solution whereby I get a postal print copy of the magazine but no web access at all and no further communication.

I’ve been paying for the pro plan for well over a year! That’s supposed to include several features that I am unable to access. No matter how many times I request assistance, I am transferred to someone else, told to start over, and deliberately incessantly misunderstood. I only have one account. Trying to make a secondary account. And they keep asking me which is the primary account. I only have one account. The incompetence is as unfathomable as it as repetitious. They have far too many competitors to function this poorly if you can even call this functioning.

So they broke my (new) luggage, I didn't realise until I got to the uber, by which time it was too late to report it. So I had to chat online with customer service twice (took 30 minutes) - they eventually told me to call customer service. Of course there is a recorded message that the wait is 40 minutes - just a scam so you don't claim. Terrible service - its a pity because their delta one product is actually good - but there is no differentiated customer service after you have a problem.UPDATE: 45 days later - Delta replied, Erica was super helpful and it was sorted in 1 day. Suggestion - don't make people wait 45 days before you reply to their emails - but in the end a decent outcome.

My order was payed instantly, money got deducted from the card, and the game wasnt playable. When I contacted support, they said my order was "pending", and it can take up to 3 days to be delivered. Just mindblowingly stupid, what do these companies do to legendary games like WoW and CoD.

Order issues, I have been a loyal Garmin customer for 20 years covering satnavs, GPS trackers, and Smart fitness watches.2 weeks ago I placed a direct order with Garmin for a Run Pod, this is still sitting in my account as ordered and no indication of when it will ship, after sending emails I receive no response. Luckily I purchased via PayPal so will open a resolution case to get a refund, and go and buy a competitor's item, a shame as I have always had good support with Garmin over the years, such a simple thing to let them down.

Crooks not Crocs, please avoid!!Ordered 3 pairs of crocs, no sign of order, made various attempts to get a status on my order, eventually got an email that it was cancelled with no explanation why. Still have not received my money back. I’m in disbelief that this company can trade like this, avoid at all cost, you have been warned.

Although I really like the way bloglovin works it has one very annoying feature, you can’t control who follows you. Since signing up I have started receiving endless emails from sex workers, and it because they are following me through bloglovin. I have even complained to bloglovin about this and asked about being able to block these people but bloglovin says there is nothing they can do and there is no block feature for followers. I am fed up with having to delete up to 20 emails a day, and some are quite explicit with photos. I may have to delete my account and hope they stop.
