For several days trying to TALK to…

For several days trying to TALK to someone from customer service or SOMEONE that could help me with my tickets over the phone, I know I can purchase them on line but I had a specific question and requirement and it was a nightmare to say the least, the wait for several days from 47 to 75 minutes, the first day I had to hang up because I needed to go back to work, the second same thing 52 mins waiting this is the fourth day and I am not exaggerating and I have been waiting for 76 minutes now, and nothing, this is ridiculous, I think they just have 5 employees because it is NOT because the parks are full. :( disappointing.

Putting all politics aside

Putting all politics aside . Disney was the perfect magical place where everyone could just have a wonderful experience. my husband and i have visited with our family from the u.k. annually for the past 29years . We booked to bring our family in 2020 paying £25000 ( a lot of savings) based on previous outstanding holidays . We stay at a deluxe disney resort to have the benefit of Disney dining , free parking, magic hours and advanced booking of fast passes . Due to covid it was cancelled so we left the holiday as a voucher to redeem as soon as we were allowed. We rebooked after 2 years to be told the price had increased £3000 no disney dining but a room credit , 2 rooms $138 a day breakfast for 7 of us cost €250 a day . No free parking , no fast passes . we had to pay extra to guarantee getting on rides my grandchildren had set their hearts on . Most of my time was spent on the App trying to organise rides and dining . Not very relaxing . But what i can’t forgive you for is ruining the magic. Before the fireworks in magic kingdom you roped off mainstreet and instead of supervising crossing from Casey corner to the ice cream parlour you sent families round the back of the buildings ( not normally visible , looks like warehouses etc ) to join back into the park by the front entrance. My small grandchildren asked is this what disney really looks like? . Shame on you . never in all our years have i seen that side . I think you have forgotten what Disney stood for and replaced it with greed . i’m sorry to say the magic for us is over

Trapped in a costly subscription – Never again.

I accidentally locked myself into a year long subscription for Adobe Acrobat without realising it, and I felt like an idiot. Due to the terms and conditions, I didn’t notice I was committing to a £20 monthly subscription for a full year... wow. While I know this was partly my mistake, I can’t help but feel Adobe is leveraging these practices to SQUEEZE AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE FROM USERS. This experience has turned me off Adobe for good.

Abode is a hateful product

I have the full Adobe Indesign, Photoshop and Acrobat programmes. They are awful. I am an intermediate level user and this software is deliberately set up so that new and intermediate users struggle to use it.Today's debacle is in Indesign 2025. The horizontal scroll bar is absent and even a google search does not reveal how to find it. The only fix I found initially was on Adobe where you have to download a patch. They can f--k off with their stupid, user hating garbage software.Please tell me any alternative I can use to Adobe's terrible, user-hating software.

Review of agoda

Helping without solution.

I called 4 times to Agoda for an amendment in the dates. They say that they will communicate with the hotel. The answer (within 5 minutes) was that it was not allowed. But I also called the hotel directly. They hadn’t received any request. I found out that a third party handles the request and they don’t put the request to the hotel. They just say no not possible. I received from the hotel a mail that they can’t change, the request must come from Agoda. The hotel was willing to amend the dates for free.

Spam and Spam and more Spam

TripAdvisor is being spammed in the AirTravel forum. Pages and pages of it, day after day. They don't seem to know how to deal with the problem. When forum members try to discuss the issue, their posts are shut down very fast, but not the spammers who are creating the problem. Perhaps it would be better to hire professional IT people rather than people that are still in the 5th grade.

I will never again buy an HP product

I will never ever again buy an HP product. I have a printer 555 and it's been crap from day 1. Install failures consistently. Printer heads not working. Complicate and crap app that's doesn't always work. Pages and pages on black ink, no way to fix it. So annoyed

No Customer Service

I'm not sure Dropbox has my latest valid card on file for auto pay and its impossible to communicate with 'em regarding this issue. I could lose valuable, irreplaceable data and I cannot get any info.Further, when sitting up my original account on a new device Dropbox activated a 2nd account which I cannot find or delete.~ No Customer Service ~ASAP, I'm looking to transfer all of my data to a more responsive service.
