For several days trying to TALK to someone from customer service or SOMEONE that could help me with my tickets over the phone, I know I can purchase them on line but I had a specific question and requirement and it was a nightmare to say the least, the wait for several days from 47 to 75 minutes, the first day I had to hang up because I needed to go back to work, the second same thing 52 mins waiting this is the fourth day and I am not exaggerating and I have been waiting for 76 minutes now, and nothing, this is ridiculous, I think they just have 5 employees because it is NOT because the parks are full. :( disappointing.
