I called 4 times to Agoda for an amendment in the dates. They say that they will communicate with the hotel. The answer (within 5 minutes) was that it was not allowed. But I also called the hotel directly. They hadn’t received any request. I found out that a third party handles the request and they don’t put the request to the hotel. They just say no not possible. I received from the hotel a mail that they can’t change, the request must come from Agoda. The hotel was willing to amend the dates for free.
