The worst service ever

The worst service ever. Customer service arranges the phone call and after 30 minutes the agent just says that he cannot continue talking as he is busy, we may talk the next day. They are not even able to solve their technical issues, as I had to contact them several times for the same issue, and never got any solution for that. And after all, I only received an email of apology, They SUCK.

I am not cellular savvy so I really don't understand how to navigate the app that is provided for me to retrieve information. I don't see my real parents name. I received a bunch of names I never heard of. So I'm not happy yet.

My issue was ignored by customer services

On 16/12/2024 I phoned customer services to complain that I had not received my digital edition for two months but had been charged £25.99 twice, in October and November. I cancelled it before going into hospital in October but it was clearly not actioned. I had not noticed this until I was recovered enough to check my card statements.Call handler had poor English and transferred me to the "cancellation dept".After a long conversation with 1) customer services and 2) cancellation team explaining this I asked for confirmation of immediate cancellation. I then received an email telling me I would still receive "the service" until 12th January. and discovered that the very same day I had been charged another £25.99. I have not received the digital newspaper for the past three months just an email called "Briefing". As a test I tried to log into my account yesterday to check if it was live and I could not access it.How this has arisen I do not know but I am not willing to pay 3 months subscription for headlines and I wish to escalate this complaint in writing but I have not been able to find contact details for a complaints department.

Their driver/delivery person hit my car, there was three witnesses. I contacted door dash customer service and support and claims dept. I knew with me having information and door dash, locating the person based on time, Date, location it would not be hard to identify their driver. the second responsible person. Door dash is no. one at fault., after all they employed the said driver. their just as at fault. This matter has been reported to door dash, Noting, I'm getting the run around and the famous I'll get back to you B.S. "I deserve to have my car fixed. No dents. My insurance wants to repair it and raise my raise my rates and it's no fault of mines.

App is good , but , I got a message,pop up message, I tapped it and it just disappeared, I tried hard to find it all inbox (message app) but found it was a OTP something message sent to me by hackers they tring continually long ago to hack me Any way they call me they msg me and so on I got the pont my phone got unknown hack , I wonder this app could not found that suspect malware ,bad very bad 😞😔 my entire data ,surely be seen ,by hackers , I wonder if your team or community any one who could help me out , plzzz🙏

Can I give them negative stars

Can I give them negative stars? I ordered a $1500+ gaming monitor on black Friday for $905.54. It's now December 14 and the order has been delayed again. Estimated shipping date is now December 27th more than a month after I made the purchase. Dell claims to be out of stock, yet they still have the item available on their website for purchase at full retail price. Amazon has hundreds of them in stock, ready to ship. But, not at the $905.54 I paid. The best price I can get now would be $1100+ Tax.I can't help but think Dell is intentionally delaying the order hoping I'll cancel it because of the huge discount I received. What ever is going it's ridiculous. I tried calling their customer support to find out what is going on, waited 33 minutes to talk to someone only to be told it will ship by December 16th. Really?I won't purchase from them again.

Do your research, never buy a DELL!!!

I should have listen to my family members when they said Dell is horrible. I bought a pc mid Nov. 2021. They sent me the shipping email but UPS said they never got the package. I waited for days and nothing. I contacted them, they had a special contacted me. The specialist could not figure out where it was and move my case to the logistic team. Then days later, he called me at 6:30 am woke me up to tell me they found the pc and will ship it out now. 6 days later! I told them while waiting I had to go out and bought a new pc. He went on how a great deal I got and I agreed but it was "lost" for days and not shipped like they claimed.I asked if they have not shipped out, please cancel as I cannot afford two pc. He said ok and it will not be delivered to me and my refund will be process. Wrong, they lied and shipped to me. After I called him out he said he will have it picked, gave me a date but scheduled a different date. Lied again, no one ever came. I had to filed with the BBB and my cc and they still lied and won't pick up the package. After both cc dispute closed and BBB closed, they had their financial institution sent me a overdue balance and threaten to send me to collection. I called them and got transferred to 3 people in India. The last lady said she will send UPS to pick it up and clear the balance for me. So far, nothing, just more lies. Thankful my pc was on sale and not much but I do fee for so many others who are in worse situation. I should have listen to family and other reviewers online. I am thinking just pay for the trash pc, learn my lesson and cursed them a thousand folds. So save yourself all the pain and suffering of losing money and not getting anything that actually work them DELL!!!

I have had an account since 2010 with Walmart. They use Capital One. The past few months I have not received any monthly statements in which Capital One did acknowledge they received returned mail. In looking at my bank account online I see 2 payments were made. My payment history before the last few months was always on time and there were no late payments. I simply forgot without the statement. Capital One will not waive any of the late fees although I was told they do waive late fees just not for me at this time. They told me they do not see the 2 payments I did make in Feb. and March by phone with a representative. Now I have to check with my bank and see where these phone payments to Capital One actually went. I would advise not using the phone option to make payments. Waiving late fees for other customers and not for me is a discriminatory practice. Capital One has my information as far as age, sex etc. I am going to pay this account off in the next couple of months online. Capital One is not practicing ethics in their business practices.

This Platform is Going to Hell

YouTube has recently removed the dislike button to hide the fact that some Videos contain content that people don't like, and some videos even have the comments removed so you can't read whatever was previously written in the comments section. recently, they've just removed or are trying to prevent the usage of ad-blockers because these greedy bastards want more money. this is the internet. I shouldn't have to pay to get rid of ads. realize these leftists are incredibly intolerant to any opposing views and you will get censored or shadowbanned for speaking out the truth. let the internet be the internet without restrictions, YouTube.YouTube is a very leftist platform.and they do shadowban people off the platform.you're lucky to have the Algorithm even favor you.
