Clerk - “We don’t”Absolutely garbage company. Pull it together.

AT&T is the worst cellphone company I have ever been with. A sales person came to my house unsolicited, lied to my husband and I about our phone bill being lower if we switched over to them, said we would get $200 gift cards each for my husband and I, we caved in and traded in our phones and the sales rep lost or just simply didn’t ship my husbands phone so now they are saying they don’t know where it’s at and can’t give us the credits for it even though they lost it! My bill has not been low at all and I’m paying more than I was with my previous phone company and it’s been 7 months and my credits still have not been applied and no one in customer service will do anything about it, will be switching back over to my previous cellphone company ASAP!

I signed up on Domestika to buy just one course, but without my consent, they charged me £185 for an annual Domestika Plus subscription. There was no clear warning during checkout that I was agreeing to a recurring payment. I only found out after the money had already been taken from my account.I immediately contacted support, but received no refund and barely any help. It feels like the platform is set up to trap users into subscriptions they didn’t ask for.At this point, I’ve lost my money and have no way to get it back. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.Be extremely careful — double-check every detail before you make any purchase on this site.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Spent more than half an hour with no help. The service is frustrating and it does not worth the money you pay as it lacks the features of competitors. They don't offer free trail and no refund if you change your mind in couple of hours of using the service.

Unhelpful and not as competitive as they used to be - their customer service has considerable scope for improvement!Cheery but also bury their head in the sand and not acknowledge the issue... Everything's just fine and thanks for contacting us etc... Losing the will to live on what should have been a straightforward issue and just giving up nowLife is too short for such nonsense!Am going to look at Deezer, Amazon and Tidal instead...

Purchased an item and tried to redeem credits during the checkout. Showed the redemption in the cart and when I clicked to purchase, it suddenly disappeared and charged full price. Customer service only offered more credits and then stopped responding to emails without resolving anything.

Its been months to where I've seen nasty changes on amazon, scams, with miniature items that are not what they make you believe. charging you amounts averaging a shipping cost so that you think twice about returning. Just to many dirty tricks. No more refunds only credit. No more free shipping without purchasing a certain amount. Its time to find another place.

I’m absolutely disgusted by your shameless money-grabbing tactics. I already pay 8.99 pounds /month for Prime Video, and now you have the audacity to demand another 2.99 pounds just to remove ads? This is daylight robbery—a bait-and-switch scam that treats loyal customers like ATMs.Since when does a paid subscription come with forced ads unless we cough up even more? Oh right—since your company decided maximizing shareholder profits was more important than basic decency. Newsflash: the customer is not your cash cow.
