Unhelpful and not as competitive as they used to be - their customer service has considerable scope for improvement!Cheery but also bury their head in the sand and not acknowledge the issue... Everything's just fine and thanks for contacting us etc... Losing the will to live on what should have been a straightforward issue and just giving up nowLife is too short for such nonsense!Am going to look at Deezer, Amazon and Tidal instead...
