AT&T has nowhere to file a complaint and BBB won’t let you either because they are not accredited with the BBB. I have spent over 1 hour trying. Their customer service is the worse ever because it doesn’t exist. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone unless you like not being able to talk to anyone unless you are trying to set up service. If you set up service get ready to be engorged on everything.They don’t give a crap about customer service. If you don’t believe me just try yourself. I don’t know how they stay in business. Trust me, you will be sorry if you sine up with them.

Declining customer service & security protection. I have been a member of AE for 20+ years. Over the past few years I'm experiencing Customer Service which is getting worse, not better. It has gone from exceptional to awful! They have Chat available 24/7. You enter chat by disclosing your issue, then they waste your time with questions about the issue which they knew they couldn't resolve, then refer you to CALL Customer Service by phone. When you call Customer Service, be prepared for a 10+ min hold time, and repeating the very same questions you answered in Chat, when they could have pulled up your Chat conversation and everything they needed, instead of wasting more of your time. I've already significantly reduced use of my AE card. It's is heart breaking to see such a reputable company, American Express, decline like this.

I’m disappointed that I have to write this and unfortunately, can no longer trust purchasing from this store. I don’t live near an Abercrombie, so of course, I have to buy items with the potential of returning. The returning process is a nightmare. 3 weeks for a refund, with a shipping cost of ($7-that’s not bad) I’ve had to e-mail them, to notify that my items have been returned to their department (app reflected this) and I haven’t received a refund of ($131). Customer Service agreed that the items arrived weeks ago, and instead of refunding my credit card, issued an E-gift card (expected to be delivered in 3-5 days.) it’s been 7 and haven’t received it. I had to send off another email to say I haven’t received my gift card, expressing my frustrations, and reminding them that Hollister is in the same facility, and I receive a refund within a week from them, no hassle but it’s such a hassle to work with Abercrombie. The clothes are really cute,(2 star) and my teen enjoys them, but I can’t stand waiting for a refund/the hopes of actually receiving one.

After posting a complaint here last month since nobody replies to emails and inapp application i finally got their attention. After things were almost fixed the convestation ended because looks like they give you only 24 hours to reply, but they can reply whenever they want. Long story short I am missing 267 USDT, because of a bad refund. I was supposed to send them transaction and screenshot of wallet, but was not to able because chat ended and nobody replies to new messages. Hopefully somebody will contact me when I write here again
