I’m disappointed that I have to write this and unfortunately, can no longer trust purchasing from this store. I don’t live near an Abercrombie, so of course, I have to buy items with the potential of returning. The returning process is a nightmare. 3 weeks for a refund, with a shipping cost of ($7-that’s not bad) I’ve had to e-mail them, to notify that my items have been returned to their department (app reflected this) and I haven’t received a refund of ($131). Customer Service agreed that the items arrived weeks ago, and instead of refunding my credit card, issued an E-gift card (expected to be delivered in 3-5 days.) it’s been 7 and haven’t received it. I had to send off another email to say I haven’t received my gift card, expressing my frustrations, and reminding them that Hollister is in the same facility, and I receive a refund within a week from them, no hassle but it’s such a hassle to work with Abercrombie. The clothes are really cute,(2 star) and my teen enjoys them, but I can’t stand waiting for a refund/the hopes of actually receiving one.
