UI is and always has been garbage. Reels every other post on your feed. Not of your friends and family, of course. No effort made to analyze reports made about explicit content that goes against facebook's ToS, utilizing AI to keep the "site safe" while kissing an american despot's flat swamp ass seems accurate for dead-eyed Zuckerberg. Also, while I'm not American I have to wonder why Facebook forces their American user base to follow certain tyrants in power.

The worst customer service I have EVER recieved. Have a ticket open and no reply. DM on twitter, told I would be responded to shortly... 4 hours later not a word. They charged me a day early for the yearly subscription, which is insane considering what you get from the site anyways. Had clicked the monthly option when first registering for the free 30 day trial, also. Apparently that doesn't save. DO NOT USE THE SERVICE. Constant loss of connections to the socials accounts, changes not being saved when you click the save button. Unless you want someone to steal your money. Then go hard.

Good products, but you have to look for it. Fast delivery, as long as the Brazilian customs does not want to overtax products whose taxes have already been collected previously. You have to be careful with many sellers, because their ads refer to accessories and not the main product: for example, watch straps, and the ad seems to be about the watch.

The Economist was founded in 1843, and I don't think they've updated their customer service processes since then. Compared to other publications, it is really awful. Almost nothing can be done on line. You are instead instructed to email them. But that is a dead letter box. No acknowledgement of your email, no response, and no action taken on request. They have a really fine publication, and I guess that makes them think they can charge a very high price and provide substandard service. Unfortunately, I think they are right. As dissatisfied as I am with price and service, I still like to have this paper in my hand once a week. But still, Economist, really?

Good product but unfortunately I had a motherboard that wouldn't flash when I googled it I found out it was a big problem on a motherboard that wasn't cheap £500 odd but when I contacted them they basically gave me the run around and no help and it was through emails or they where interested in was me buying a replacement but it took me around a month and all sorts of attempts I managed to flash it to the latest bios version myself. Very poor support.
