The worst customer service I have EVER recieved. Have a ticket open and no reply. DM on twitter, told I would be responded to shortly... 4 hours later not a word. They charged me a day early for the yearly subscription, which is insane considering what you get from the site anyways. Had clicked the monthly option when first registering for the free 30 day trial, also. Apparently that doesn't save. DO NOT USE THE SERVICE. Constant loss of connections to the socials accounts, changes not being saved when you click the save button. Unless you want someone to steal your money. Then go hard.
