hi i am Ryani was a customer from Patreon and payed around 120 $ in Total. the 2 peoples i supported got CANCEL's without any Email Message or something nelse! I send Support Email (Ticket-No.) but after 6 days stillNO-ANSWER ! What Kind of Company this this ?!No Way, i will not pay any CENT again for this Company. . if they will have a good Reason for thatBEHAVEing ? Ok GUY, i waiting 6 DAY's for write e review.. Don't ask for refund at this location because you will have security called and kicked out of the store... what we witnessed is horrible!I was in this store with my husband and we are now at lunch still discussing the incident that happened between a customer and management at the Westminster Macy's how, the interaction between a "manager" and female customer was disturbing on so many levels, we couldn't let it go and what if this happened to me?The issue began because the customer asked for a refund for a return and when she was told no, she asked for a store manager but was told there was no one on duty. She appeared to have a receipt, tags, merchandise was new and if I heard correctly, the return was a minimal refund. A female manager was called came over and immediately confronted the customer to what my husband noted as "posturing" or better worded, with attitude.There was no effort to help and as the woman explained her situation...again, to the best of what I could hear, she had been facing some very sad personal circumstances and pleading for an exception for cash, versus a gift card, because this was a gift. I will add, she was clean and not a indigent, although that should not matter because no one should be treated this way but, she was an average person in need of assistance and the manager's response was cold and extremely unprofessional. Even worse...this ugly display played out in front of a whole line of other people and can only imagine how that poor woman felt."Humiliation" is the most polite word I can use to describe what was happening and despite the woman asking for an exception again adding that she has "shopped at Macy's her whole life and knows Macy's to have the best customer service believing that a manager could help," she was treated like dirt. This was so undeserving as she was not a threat or causing problems that required this level of action. Things grew even more intense because Nicole's response to the woman after asking again was and I quote, "she does have to do anything and don't tell her what she can or can't do."My husband hit my arm as the interaction intensified and the next thing we could hear was the manager, Nicole, demanding the girl leave and threatened to have "security called if she didn't leave now." I assume there was an element of shock because there was a huge line now and as she tried to ask again for accommodation with her gift return, as well as asking for the managers name so she could write a letter. Immediately, the manager removed her name tag and refused to answer her. What happens next really shocked us as the manager Nicole (and we know because we noticed her name later) grabbed the phone and threatened again to call security and remarked back, "she did not have to provide her name" followed by a strong and louder voice command, "to leave immediately or security would escort her out."Again, this was all over a request for a refund of apx $60 resulting in kicking the customer out of the store in front of at least 20 peoole. In fact, Nicole even followed her to the aisle in a threatening manner and the whole time, we were completely taken back and only wish I had stepped in. This whole interaction was wrong and while being yelled at & followed by the manager, the woman was still trying to put the nightgown back in a bag and could tell on the brink of tears.This situation is unacceptable and handled in such a shocking manner, we are furious with how this took place for all to see. The manager Nicole was unprofessional and a situation like this is unprecedented for any Macy's. We are writing this but hope the woman follows up because we will not be shopping here again! Unacceptable for any business and is beyond the limits of any manager to treat someone like that and not provide her name. Shame on you Nicole! What are you on some kind of sick power trip and shame of Macy's! You need to be fired!

Ulta stole my money. I placed an order for 3 items with 45% off during Cyber Monday and physically approved for the accurate amount.I received a confirmation, much, much later almost 2 hours. I was charged the full price of nearly $100. Called Ulta several times - they put me on hold, hung up, told me some song and dance.I was trying to use up a $40 gift card from my sister and ready to spend another few dollars to get what I need. Ulta stole my money. I'm not working my usual interpreter gigs due to Covid, because I have 2 underlying conditions. I would have never placed the order if it was going to take $50 out of my CC. I need that for food...Ulta, the company and its employees are repulsively selfish. I get sick feeling in stomach just thinking how little they give a damn about anything other than their own gain.Don't give them your money.

I have used Twitter a lot over these past few years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time on here. The features are great, the mobile app and desktop site is amazing and the whole platform is just incredible! Twitter is amongst one of the best social media platforms out there to date. Very happy!

My Facebook & Yahoo account (which was linked to my Facebook account by my email) and I reported it to FB which they put a block on, that was great, but since then, nothing. The hacker, FB found to be Nigerian has put up a 2-factor authentication code on my accounts locking me out. I even have a selfie as my profile picture and because I'm not American, they will not accept my photo ID or birth certificate. I have had a FB account since 2009, 15 years of memories, photos, friends; all gone, and Facebook don't care about their users like they say they do. No customer service, a hacker has my profile, and I get stuff all help from FB. So far, there is no justice for the people who have their accounts hacked, and I've paid a lot of money to IT companies to help me, but FB won't care about that either. I have lost all respect for FB, totally disgusted and disappointed.

Typical Arrogant American Idiots.Because I spend time abroad, they decide to change the country associated with my account. This affects the language. They say I can ask for it not to be changed.The link doesn't allow you to keep the existing, only request to change it. So, you have to wait for them to change it, then "please sir, can you change it back?"Because of their "rules" if you buy a Goole Drive subscription in one country, you can't share it with family in another.And, they haven't claimed the Trustpilot accounts - proving how little respect they have for their users.
