I have been with them for 10 years, not anymore. Each time we make a change to the account you can be sure that you will have charges from everywhere and spend hrs trying to fix that.Recently I got charge 100$ for a line that i did stop service 45 days ago.

This company is a scam and it beats me how they still work. They charge for “taxes and fees” and refuse to disclaim what taxes and services are covered by it. They even told me that services I paid for are not services I will get. They also hide costs- I had to pay for city tax upon my arrival to the hotel, and Agoda claimed they were not notified about it, but the hotel has it mentioned on their website. Contacting customer service was a nightmare - they were going round in circles, lying.. and with very poor English. I honestly recommend to everyone to just use Booking, in the end it’s cheaper. This was the first and the last time I used Agoda.

I have been a loyal and active customer of Coinbase for over four years. During this time, I have consistently engaged with the platform—buying, selling, and staking cryptocurrency. I’ve also paid Coinbase a substantial amount in transaction and service fees over the years. In return, I expected a minimum level of professionalism and customer support. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been nothing short of appalling.Without warning, my account has been restricted. Coinbase claims this is due to my failure to act on an email sent 15 days ago. Let me be absolutely clear: I received the email, and it did contain a link related to “validation”—but that link was non-functional. It led nowhere. I attempted to resolve the issue myself by searching the Coinbase website for anything related to “validation,” and eventually found a page where I could upload a passport photo. That upload was accepted.Despite taking proactive steps to comply, my account is now restricted, and I am still completely in the dark as to why. The original email contains no meaningful explanation, no clear instructions, and the broken link only adds to the confusion. There has been no follow-up, no outreach, and absolutely no support from Coinbase to help resolve the issue.Had Coinbase provided even the most basic level of communication or functionality, I would have gladly complied with whatever verification they required. Instead, I’m met with silence and restrictions—despite being a long-standing, paying customer.This lack of transparency, poor communication, and inadequate support is unacceptable. It suggests a serious failure in customer service and platform reliability. I am now strongly considering closing my account and moving my assets to a more professional and responsive exchange. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Coinbase to others.

First time i bought here i was satisfied only need 2 weeks to receive my book (from US to Thailand).Then the second time, it took me a month. I thought maybe because i moved to Indonesia so it's quite slow.Then i ordered 3 books from same book seller in November 2020. In January i emailed the book seller to make sure, they said the've sent it, in the end they refund me and canceled the order. The book seller was actually really kind and said even one day the books come at my door, i don't need to send it back.In June 2021 i got mysterious package, and i just remember that this one is my canceled order from Abebooks.I will reconsider thousand times to use Abebooks again.
