I have been in business for over 10 years and have always kept track of my business accounting via spreadsheets. Since I am a professional organizer, I made those spreadsheets work, but it was not an ideal situation. QuickBooks seemed more than what I needed and the learning curve seemed high. I came across Freshbooks and it was love at first sight. I did a one month trial and officially began using it in January. This software is easy to use, intuitive and I keep track of clients, income, expenses and tax deductions all in one place. Customer service and the help feature is great too. It has been a very good experience.

They have been very unhelpful with my refund request. Don't patronise them.. They leave you hanging with authors response.. They have sold me a theme and function not as described. I have chased them and have requested my money back less than the hour of when the item got purchase.. its almost a month and still not heard except for auto email reply.. SCAM SERVICE..

Honestly I had a good experience a few of my RGB keys lights went out I sent them a video and product information within 5 days they accepted my warranty claim. They are sending me a new keyboard and the told me to keep the old one as well. Will update about turn around time when I receive the new keyboard.

I ordered a dell laptop cable and I tried to cancel within 2 hours through my dell account as I found an extra one in my home. But Dell won't let me cancel. I contacted their customer support but they linger the chat and told me she requested a cancellation and after 7/8 hours I got a confirmation that they shipped the product. I was so frustrated because this simple cancellation took me 15-20 minutes to make the customer agent understand what I want. In the end, they didn't cancel my order, seems like they kinda forced people to buy their product.

They don't care about their customers and only pile on more misery when you're unable to make your payments. There are no programs to help reduce your credit by lowering your interest rate for a few months like other card companies do. If I could give them zero stars I would. It is what they deserve. Talking to customer service is like talking to a wall.

First time i bought here i was satisfied only need 2 weeks to receive my book (from US to Thailand).Then the second time, it took me a month. I thought maybe because i moved to Indonesia so it's quite slow.Then i ordered 3 books from same book seller in November 2020. In January i emailed the book seller to make sure, they said the've sent it, in the end they refund me and canceled the order. The book seller was actually really kind and said even one day the books come at my door, i don't need to send it back.In June 2021 i got mysterious package, and i just remember that this one is my canceled order from Abebooks.I will reconsider thousand times to use Abebooks again.

If there was a zero, I would have chosen it. I just got a new phone. My emails have disappeared in all mail boxes. This includes my receipts and appointments and the all mail box. Additionally new problems keep coming up. This problem cannot be resolved through tutorials. You can’t reach a live tech. I’m frustrated and don’t know what to do. There are no phone numbers that work.
