Not all wants to receive nonbusiness related emails to their business email address.Survey is easy to answer and straight to the point. Giving rewards to participants is a good gesture.

Some of the worst customer service ever. I had an issue with a hacker into my FUT account and the initial customer service rep could see the evidence of this and proceeded to send off for investigation. 3 escalations and 3 emails later to say nothing could be found and the matter closed was a joke. Don't buy from these guys

I’ve been using booking.com for years, without issue. This year I used them for hotel, car hire and taxi bookings and had nothing but problems, I will NEVER be using booking.com.Firstly, upon arriving at the car hire company, I found out many of the fees were not included (despite booking.com saying they were), for example, the one-way drop off fee. So I had to pay a lot more money upon picking up the car, which ended up making it more expensive then if I’d booked directly with the car hire company. I challenged this with booking.com and received a rubbish response - they couldn’t be less interested if they tried.Second, I pre-paid for a non-refundable room in Salzburg back in January, upon arriving at the hotel in June, they hadn’t received payment from booking.com and told me the only way to check in was for me to pay them (again)! I had a screaming 6 month old baby in the reception area, and just wanted to get into the room. I called booking.com at a charge of €1 per minute, to be advised the queue time was at least 30 minutes. Eventually the hotel staff took pity on us and allowed us to check in without payment. I filed an online report with booking.com and it was eventually resolved (by them sending the money to the hotel) 2 days later. A very stressful and unnecessary experience. No apology from booking.com of course.Thirdly, we used booking.com taxi pick up service from Malta airport, as our flight arrived late. I was sent instructions saying the driver would be waiting in arrivals with our name in a board. Guess what - no drive to be seen! The number booking.com provided for the taxi company didn’t work, neither did the supposed mobile number for the driver! Another taxi driver kindly offered to help and knew the taxi company, so called them on his phone for us. They advised the driver had attended and then left 15 minutes after our flight had landed (we weren’t even off the aircraft)! I had provided our flight details AND our flight arrived 20 minutes early! They initially refreshed to send another driver, telling me to call booking.commas it was ‘their issue’, but again I put my foot down and they eventually agreed to send another car. Wed now been waiting in arrivals for an hour. The car arrived, which was tiny and required some expert Tetris skills to fit the luggage, baby and passengers in! We eventually got there, but again - NEVER AGAIN!I used booking.com to make my trip less stressful, it had to complete opposite effect.

Wish I could rate it lower than 1 star. Product itself wasn’t very useful along with this company just being a huge scam. I only signed up for the completely FREE version of this product as a requirement for one of my classes. Never selected or agreed to any sort of trial and I never entered any of my card info into their program. Somehow though, I was automatically charged $348, 30 days after I signed up. They charged me for a full year of a “professional” version of their services that I hadn’t even used. They said that me being inactive should’ve stopped the payment from going through (since I had only logged in 2 times in the 30 days) and that I agreed to this charge when I created an account (I guess they put it in some fine print). They offered no refunds, and their customer service team was the equivalent of speaking to wall. Was a very lovely way to wake up yesterday. How wonderful must it have been to wake up today too and see that Hootsuite has charged me for ANOTHER full year of their professional account. DO NOT sign up for this company, even if ur thinking of getting the free version of what they offer THEY WILL CHARGE U OVER $300. Looking at all the other reviews on this website to see that Hootsuite has been scamming hundreds of people made me disgusted.

Me and my wife were dropped from home and auto insurance with AAA after missing one car payment which I did not know I missed due to getting a new debit card. After AAA dropped me they had my drivers license suspended and sent me to collections for $175 dollars. They never sent me and letter and I did not get a phone call. The representative was not willing to help me at and I was dropped as a customer. I had to pay to get my driver's license back and now this is on my driving record, I haven't gotten a ticket since I was 16 years old and now I am 50. This is crazy. Horrible customer service. I cannot believe this happened to me.
