Me and my wife were dropped from home and auto insurance with AAA after missing one car payment which I did not know I missed due to getting a new debit card. After AAA dropped me they had my drivers license suspended and sent me to collections for $175 dollars. They never sent me and letter and I did not get a phone call. The representative was not willing to help me at and I was dropped as a customer. I had to pay to get my driver's license back and now this is on my driving record, I haven't gotten a ticket since I was 16 years old and now I am 50. This is crazy. Horrible customer service. I cannot believe this happened to me.
