Some of the worst customer service ever. I had an issue with a hacker into my FUT account and the initial customer service rep could see the evidence of this and proceeded to send off for investigation. 3 escalations and 3 emails later to say nothing could be found and the matter closed was a joke. Don't buy from these guys
