Review of eventbrite
Seems like I'm not the only one. I bought tickets to an even (4 months ago), the event was cancelled... So I requested a refund. I reached out to the organizer and received no word in over 4 months now. I choose the option where we can contact eventbrite if the organizer doesn't reach back, but then that is a dead end with no means to reach evenbrite. So that's now just money down the drain with a "refund pending" notice on the tickets.

Overall very good experience. Very helpful especially if you are a beginner designer, a bit limited if you want more freedom on doing more complex stuff. Also I printed some business cards, they look amazing but the quality of the paper is not great.

Booking . com advertised £194 then charged me £205. Tried to resolve by chat but AI bot didn’t have a clue and no human available. So called and got AI bot who kept repeating “herself” before hanging up on me. Called back and got through to a human who then tells me the price was £216, a third price! Don’t know what you guys are playing at but you’ve ruined a good business model. AI is useless for customer service and has no place in hospitality (kind of obvious really!) I’ll be deleting your app.

Why why why move Sherwood to accomodate Andy Murray and not announce it sooner. They gave enough notice on the moving of the (trustpilot wanted me to change the word i used so will have to use rubbish instead ) soap Eastenders but a quality programme like Sherwood (which is actually worth the licence fee) gets bumped at the last minute. Why do we still have to pay for the bbc which clearly couldnt stand on its own two feet in the real world without having to cut the overblown salaries of talentless Eastenders actors who either never leave the soap or when they do are never heard from again or run back as quick as they can when their acting deficiencies are put to the test in quality programmes. When will they show episodes 5 & 6 of Sherwood ? There are plenty of programmes they could take off to accomodate this - if they contact me i can give them some ideas.

ICO SAID THAT EVEN THOUGH A YEAR LATER THEY STILL HAVE HAD ACCESS OF YOUR DETAILS AND DID NOT DELETE YOUR DATA THEY HAVE DELETED YOUR DATA NOW (A YEAR AFTER REQUESTING TO BE FORGOTTEN) CORRUPTION IS A HELL OF A DRUG! It's 29 October and we didn't receive the order.We sent multiple email through the form in their website, and never received a replied.

I rang to cancel on 4th of May because that's the only way to cancel and means you have to deal with the Retention Team i.e. an outside organisation who try to push you into staying.Having been exceptionally clear I wouldn't, under any circumstance, renew I was offered a lower rate. So they can drop from £189 p/a to £49 p/a in the blink of an eye which shows their own perceived value of the product. I, once again, very clearly declined as I don't like or trust the Telegraph and want nothing else to do with them.Today, 15 days after cancelling, they attempted to take £39 from my account. Having spent another 20 minutes+ they still can't resolve things so I intend to report them to the Information Commissioner's Office for both this and the fact they added me to newsletter I'd also declined.Very clearly they have no respect for the Data Protection laws and even less respect for their customers.

A well earned 1 star performance by AMEX, I wish I had looked on TP before using them! When everything is going smoothly, everything is fine, but that's the same with everything in life, it's when a small pebble manages to derail a train, you have to ask yourself...do I really want to take that train?I had been a loyal customer for years, never once missing a payment, everything smoothly running on direct debit and my spend going up and up and up. Then one day in November I miscalculated the available cleared funds in the bank account by one day and the direct debit bounced... I called AMEX straight away and explained the situation and was assured that as it's collected 5 days early anyway, I had nothing to worry about if I paid the amount manually before then, so I paid the next day.Unfortunately what I wasn't told was that my card would be put on hold, my credit limit cut to the bone and the direct debit would be represented in a few days time with no way of stopping it, other than cancelling it at my bank. Of course, not knowing this until a few days later when I found I couldn't use my card, at the same time as receiving an email advising that my credit limit was now reduced to an unusable sum and my bank contacting me advising that there weren't enough funds to cover the second, bogus direct debit!I virtually wasted half a day on the phone to AMEX, then my bank, then back to AMEX to avoid catastrophe!The first phone operator spoke barely understandable English and was extremely difficult to both understand and make myself be understood. The second operator spoke better English, still not brilliant and required loads of 'sorry...please can you repeat that again?' from me. At no point did I receive any form of apology for what had happened, nor any explanation that made any sense, so I asked to speak to a manager and in the end after firmly asking several times I was told a manager would call back.A manager called back the next day and her arrogance was breath-taking! Firstly she tried to accuse me of racism over my complaint about their unbelievably poor English-speaking operatives, to which I firmly replied that it didn't matter to me what colour, race, gender, religion etc., their operatives were but if they couldn't speak intelligible English to AMEX's English customers, they were virtually useless. Then she advised that all operatives had been trained to the highest standards, and so therefore would have advised me what would happen, and on it went! She ignored everything I said and replied with what I can only assume was a script she was reading off. As far as she was concerned, AMEX performed perfectly throughout my entire tormenting journey from operator to operator, with misinformation, disinformation and non-information being all part of the AMEX accolade of excellence!An interesting sequel to this is that having not used my card since then, as it has still been blocked, even though they said it shouldn't be and were unblocking it as we spoke at the time, I have just replied to their payment due reminder which was emailed from AmericanExpress(at)welcome.americanexpress.com (substitute (at) for the icon) with a note asking if this email accepts replies and within an hour I have had an email back advising that they have taken my card off stop! You couldn't make it up if you tried! What a shower!Anyway, for anyone looking for an alternative a million times better than AMEX, use Capital on Tap (capitalontap.com/) and you'll get a response within the hour with a credit limit miles higher than you'll ever need but with the same facility as AMEX to pay the balance off every month without incurring interest charges. They also have a rewards program and the staff speak excellent English!

I have paid for the course but when I restart Laptop the course disapeared from my account. They even do not display history of my payments!Ok. Something went wrong but the real big problem is that there is no obvious way to contact anybody in Corsera! I am really frustrated and disappointed. Nowhere to call, nowhere write. It is complete disaster!

Was in contact with apple customer service yesterday and got a lovely agent called Nen she was really helpful having issues with the battery on my phone and and explained to her I have no way to get to a Apple Store and she then sent out a box to me to post out my phone to send off to get it fixed honestly so helpful and understand and lovely tone of voice. I also did call back today as figured out my phone is charging to 72% and got a agent called Domenic really hope I’m spelling your names correctly but once again so helpful even got me to share my screen to do some trouble shooting to figure out what could be the issue so hopefully it will take a full charge today thank you guys for being so helpful and use are doing a wonderful job have a lovely weekend.
