Review of ubisoft
I am so saddened by the experience I have had with Ubisoft. I never usually preorder games because they're usually out of my budget, i tend to either rent or wait for a massive drop in price. After having one of the most unique fun experiences with South Park: Stick of Truth I immediately pre-ordered the gold edition when it was shown at E3. Now a lot of people who ordered this from the PS store were immediately given access to a PS4 digital copy of Stick of Truth, but I'd have to wait as I ordered from the Ubisoft store. So that was a bit of a downer. A year or so passes and I've been really looking forward to when this game comes out, Then in June I was got a new job in Scotland, not long after getting this news I changed my address on the Ubisoft website. Deleted whatever trace of my old address was. Then - Saturday 12th August I got an email saying it has been dispatched to my old address. I called every DHL company I could get hold of, they were all unable to help as the dutch one doesn't communicate with the UK one etc. At the beginning of this I opened a opened a case on the Ubisoft Support site. I managed to track my delivery which was still clearly going to my old address but on the day it said there was a problem delivering, 'issue with the address' - reading this I thought it could be Ubisoft having eventually contacted DHL. But no.. It went out for delivery the next day and apparently someone signed for it. No doubt they didn't actually ask the name of the person, and just gave whoever one of those crap touch screens where all you do it squiggle a line.I didn't hear anything from them until the 19th August. At which point they just said. 'OK got your message we will escalate it'The next message I received was on the 3rd November. 'The request to change the address was made after deadline so this address was never changed from our side, making the only solution now being trying to retrieve the parcel from the old address.'I put money on it they don't know when I changed my address because I KNOW that I changed my address in plenty of time. They're just rubbing their hands of me and telling me to shove it up my... I'm absolutely gutted by this experience. I cannot believe how they have treated me after having prebacked a project of theirs and putting trust into the product. They've now just swallowed my £70 and told me to F off. What a SMALL gesture it would have been for them to offer a digital version, a code for gods sake, would be absolutely NO skin of their nose.
Review of squareup
I have enjoyed the features of square and Using invoices and the website. I do think the text messaging and text message. Marketing are a bit higher price especially since I don’t send out as many text messages. I keep the feature for when I do pop ups and flash sales
Review of printful
Awful customer service at Printful. If you call the number they no longer take phone calls. Only chat and email. They are awful to talk to on chat and too slow on email. Printful is in no rush to help you in anyway. My FedEx order got returned to them because of weather in my city. There was no weather and this was absolutely FedEx's fault. It was sent back to Printful and I needed it for a trade show. I thought I could just call Printful and pay for them to overnight it to me. Printful said it will take 24-48 before they can even review that package. I can't call to talk to anyone to see if I can pay to get it overnighted. I just spent $900 for nothing. Its one thing to have the shipping company drop the ball but then Printful is dropping the ball too.
Review of newscientist
**Update 2**Now the digital subscription has disappeared from my subscription, leaving me only with print. Or actually without print as the magazines are no longer arriving. **Update** Subscription email address still not updated. Neither replacement nor subsequent issue have arrived. The magazine is really very good, it's light enough to read easily but still informative. Of course, nothing is covered in any depth but there's certainly enough to whet an appetite. And that's where the good bit ends, the subscription service is flawed. My subscription was started at the wrong date, and then on the correct starting date - well the magazine just didn't arrive and I have no faith in the replacement or subsequent issues turning up. Customer Service was surly and uncooperative, implying that I had failed as a customer because I hadn't reported their errors earlier. If you want to change your email address, you may as well put a note in a bottle and sling it in the sea. On the whole, what a shame. Its not a cheap rag, but they treat it as such. Please don't cheapen yourselves NS by replying with the customer care email address, everyone complaining have clearly been in touch previously and the reviews are the result.
Review of discogs
It's not cool that sellers get to leave retaliatory negative feedback for paying customers, after they've received negative feedback for being a bad seller. Discogs has terrible customer service. They let sellers walk all over their customers and do nothing about it. eBay is still the best, they're serious about buyer protection.
Review of Zoom
Review of Zoom
Our subscription on Account was cancelled due to a Zoom system mistake. We paid the total amount that was in the invoice. And the quote we received didn't include VAT tax. So we paid the exact amount and our service was enabled. Now all our teachers are suffering due to your own system bug in the quote that you sent to us. We were not supposed to have any pending invoices in place. Also we are based in Belarus and we can't make bank transfers of $500, it is forbidden by our banks. Please, turn on our service back, since this is not our mistake. We also spoke to our Account Manager and she opened an internal case but the service was still turned off

Review of redbubble
Redbubble had the unusual sock design I wanted. In fact, they had several different designs available. I ended up buying more than I had planned because of the huge variety of products. My items arrived quickly. I’m pleased with the quality.

Review of garmin
Even with a police report, they do *nothing* to help customers whose devices are stolen. You have to buy a brand new device and account, even if you recently purchased a lifetime subscription for the device you had. This is beyond shameful for a business, especially during a pandemic when vehicle break ins have increased exponentially.
Review of envato
I use a great number, IMO, of pics and videos for each of my YouTube videos. youtube.com / @TalesFromThePrincipalsOfficeEnvato is worth it compared to other sources for the number of elements and the quality is better than the purely free stuff. Their licensing is also great for my social media.
Review of duolingo
Wow, where do I even begin? Duolingo use to be one of the best apps for learning, it felt like a game, it had fun characters, leagues, quest, and a great way to progress through the app. But the main thing that really killed this app; was the new path. I feel that Duolingo is starting to cater towards kids a lot more, which obviously isn't a bad thing, and this new path certainly is good for some, but other users who were use to working with the old path, just hate this new one by what I've seen online and personnel experience. Now, this new path as I said earlier is fairly decent for children and new users, they don't have to make a decision about what lessons they want to do, they just do it!-But for older users who were use to the old path, it kills the experience because many of us do NOT want to be told what to do, I've been stuck on so many lessons BECAUSE of this new path, and I had to Google Search them just to get past them. I also won't forget to mention; ever since switching to the new Duolingo path; the app repeats words that I've already learnt in the past and they act like It's a new word I've never seen. Having the option to choose between the new and the old path would be much better, because Duolingo syncs between the both, just in a weird way.. but it still works. OR, if not that; make the new path only for newer users, and the old tree for older users who were using the app before the update. It'll solve SO MANY ISSUES.
Review of channel4
The most unfriendly app I have ever used. If you are watching Channel 4 News on poor quality Wi-Fi and your reception is interrupted you have no option but to restart the entire programme. Surely this can be sorted? Or maybe they are not bothered to lose long standing viewers of a great News programme?!
Review of asana
I tried this program a few times and could never get it to work as a solid project management system. For some reason I recall it used to be by Google but do not see this connection today. The company looks more professional but still I find youtrack to be the best if you have a serious project to work on.

Review of sendgrid
I have been using Sendgrid with my company for over than 3 years now. We use this tool for both Marketing Campaign and Transactional emails and until now it has provided all the values we needed and it has also been a good investment to pay. The available plans are cheap and companies of all sizes can find their own plan to work with. It is easy to use even if you do not have any coding experience.
Review of logitech
I bought a Logitech mouse less than a month ago.It intermittently gave me problems where the mouse is not responding and I need to take out the battery and put it back to get it to work. The mouse had 3 years warranty.I contacted Logitech support and their solution is to find the retailer and not honoring their warranty
Review of lenovo
My Lenovo dock mounting kit does not seem to be compatible with my Lenovo ThinkVision monitor stand. There is no mention of this on their website and having spoken to customer services, technical support and sales I am no closer at finding out which monitors the stand is compatible with, if they have a version of the mount that is compatible with my monitor and how to have my money refunded.Seriously poor customer and after sale support.I am only using Lenovo as they are the current provider for my company. I would not recommend them for personal or business usage.
