Terrible bank. In less than 2 months they flagged 3 payments from my mothers bank account to her credit card account. Each time having to call Capital One and with a rep on the line they call her bank to verify its her account. Which they done 3 times in 2 months. Absolutely terrible bank...never again! We cancelled her credit card account!

I wanted to downgrade my 1Password account from family to individual and could not find an appropriate link on the support pages of the website. I submitted my request for help via an email link and soon got a response, even though this was on a weekend. Clarinda G., the support person, was efficient and effective at solving my problem.

I have had expressvpn for a year and it was finding connection was slow at times but nothing to bad the problem came when renewal time came they tried to charge me £92.08 a major jump from the first year so I cancelled my subscription on the day of the renewal. Expressvpn continued to take the money even after I had cancelled so I contacted their customer service and was told how lucky I was that they would grant me a refund because they said I was out of my refund period which I found strange as I never requested the service and even if I did I cancelled it the same day not 30 days later. So I received the refund but not the £92.08 they had taken for a cancelled service oh no that would be to easy they refunded £86.97 for some unknown reason. Now I'm no lawyer but if I stole money from someone then said ah ok I will give it back but gave back less than what I stole surely that's still theft. So now I've had to waste more time getting the bank involved to get money back that shouldn't of been taken needless to say I won't be using them again

I am sickened by the constant deluge of half dressed men and women, sexual actions and foreign language "suggestions" for me to follow - not to mention the ridiculous ads. I have blocked over 2000 suggestions and still they come. I have ignored suggestions in the hope they will stop but end up with hundreds waiting for me to follow!Instagram does not care and the more you say you do not like/report a post the more they seem to send you. They are totally uncontactable. I have restricted access as much as I can but it makes no difference.How is Meta allowed to say that sexually suggestive posts meet their community standards? The posts I am being sent would fail advertising standards for underwear. All I want is to be able to be a part of the life of friends and family here and overseas as I am housebound. I can no longer do this because of the revolting "suggestions" flooding my app.
