Ordered item and paid. Got confirmation that item is being prepared for shipping. Then I received an email several days after that saying that I had cancelled order. I had to call to get an explanation that the item was no longer at the store but marked like I cancelled it. No explanation why I was told that I cancelled the order. No apology on that notification. Customer service was fine but not really empathetic (provided a "it happens" sort of vibe). A waste of time and mental effort. I regret not buying this item elsewhere when I had the chance. Will definitely do that moving forward. Entire experience felt unprofessional and I was left feeling unvalued as a customer. I understand things happen but your work mistake is my wasted time and disappointment. You're a huge company. Pretend like you value my business.

I rather gave 0 score but can't lower than 1 star..Fake ads that will make some certain people to interact with, fake impersonation by AI changing their mouth area with AI reproduction and when reporting this they will send an update "we didn't removed the add"... literally promoting scams, helping fraudulent people to get what they want without any kind of repercussions... makes you sick to see this kind of things and people doing this! Facebook is just a dead end

The worst airline I have had to deal with. As can be seen here they never respond to complaints and make it impossible to contact them. Booked business class flights to Phuket. The service was at best indifferent.The lounge at Stansted is a scruffy disgrace with worn chairs I wouldn't use in my garage. On arriving back in Heathrow and Addison Lee driver greeted us with a crayon written sign which took to be our name.Driver could barely speak English he seemed to agree he was our driver and took our bags. Found ourselves in wrong car going to another location. Emirates had given wrong instruction to us where to find our car. They telephoned apology. We had paid extra to get home.No compensation or reimbursement of this extra charge. Emirates holidays say it's not their problem Emirates Airlines will not engage.I don't have a good word for their whole organisation. Have used all major airlines this shower is the worst.

Booked to stay in an apartment with pool but misled into staying ( one night) in one without a pool.I have given up trying to get my complaint resolved.I even wrote to their HQ in Amsterdam.. never received the courtesy of any sort of response which these me to say Booking.Com are very good at selling but. NOT ONE person ( about 5) in their organization has tried to help me to resolve my complaint!

We stayed at the Best Western hotel in Vimmerby, Sweden (Vimmerby Stadshotel). The room was tiny, bare, dark and very uncomfortable to be in. The morning buffet was extremely crowded and something you just wanted to get away from. Really not worth the price.

I would love to give negative stars. If we didn't live in a dead zone I would never speak to anyone who works at this stupid company again. My husband and I have spent over 6 hours in the stores and an additional 7 hours on the phone with AT&T and Consumer Cellular trying to get new phones and switch from Consumer to AT&T. AT&T somehow created 2 accounts with our numbers and created a crap storm that has left us in an endless loop. They have no solutions except MAYBE if we switch to a completely different service and then switch back they could do it. We need to have our new phones to supposedly fix this issue but we can't get them because the accounts are separate and they won't send the phones. Every single person we talk to can't do anything. The absolute worst customer service ever. Did I mention they charged our credit card over $1100..and ran our credit 3 times without permission. The reason I have time to write this rant...I'm sitting, YET AGAIN, in a AT&T store while my husband is on the phone with Consumer Cellular and there's no fix. I LOATH AT&T...and the Hills in San Francisco that prevent us from being able to go with literally any other services. I would even take Verizon over this mess.

Nest IQ outdoor simply does not work as it should. This was a great product when it came out, faultless. The last two years it's useless. The app constantly fails when you try to view footage. Like every 30 to 60 seconds making it impossible to use. Total of £300 wasted. Thanks google for screwing up NEST.

Took over 4 hours, would have given 0 stars if available. Glad I didn't break down on the side of the road.Will differently be looking for a different roadside assistance company. This is not the fist time I got poor service, AAA has really gone down hill the last two years.

I am Premium member and pay £15 monthly. I work on my desktop everyday and my playlist is filtered by date. NO WAY to filter it by alphabetic order. Very poor customer care on the subject. These guys must think we are stupid, its been asked for for years!!Since writing this Spotify now allow both filtering and searching playlists, but only on mobile and tablets. Shame the desktop app still limited with adding tracks to existing playlists.
