Ordered item and paid. Got confirmation that item is being prepared for shipping. Then I received an email several days after that saying that I had cancelled order. I had to call to get an explanation that the item was no longer at the store but marked like I cancelled it. No explanation why I was told that I cancelled the order. No apology on that notification. Customer service was fine but not really empathetic (provided a "it happens" sort of vibe). A waste of time and mental effort. I regret not buying this item elsewhere when I had the chance. Will definitely do that moving forward. Entire experience felt unprofessional and I was left feeling unvalued as a customer. I understand things happen but your work mistake is my wasted time and disappointment. You're a huge company. Pretend like you value my business.
