I would love to give negative stars

I would love to give negative stars. If we didn't live in a dead zone I would never speak to anyone who works at this stupid company again. My husband and I have spent over 6 hours in the stores and an additional 7 hours on the phone with AT&T and Consumer Cellular trying to get new phones and switch from Consumer to AT&T. AT&T somehow created 2 accounts with our numbers and created a crap storm that has left us in an endless loop. They have no solutions except MAYBE if we switch to a completely different service and then switch back they could do it. We need to have our new phones to supposedly fix this issue but we can't get them because the accounts are separate and they won't send the phones. Every single person we talk to can't do anything. The absolute worst customer service ever. Did I mention they charged our credit card over $1100..and ran our credit 3 times without permission. The reason I have time to write this rant...I'm sitting, YET AGAIN, in a AT&T store while my husband is on the phone with Consumer Cellular and there's no fix. I LOATH AT&T...and the Hills in San Francisco that prevent us from being able to go with literally any other services. I would even take Verizon over this mess.
