discusting customer service, uniqlo sent me a coat that was faulty,i sent them photos of coat only to be told that it was not a manufactors fault but mine so would not refund,after a lot of hassel and time i got a refund.would never buy from them again one star is too much.

For years I've been asking for date filters - something as simple as "see all emails sent by this client between 2020-04-10 to 2020-04-15" - NOTHING. To make matters worse, when looking at older emails in a list, it doesn't even show the date - it will show some ambiguous phrase like "About a year ago" which lumps in a 6 month period. If you want accurate tracking of communication, forget it. If you have one off emails that you'll never need to see again once resolved, maybe. If it weren't for the fact we have so many existing records with this company we'd switch but we are stuck, and years of asking them for a simple feature to either allow date based searches OR at least display actual date of email, has been futile. Regret having chose this as our support desk provider for our team of 8.

Placed a order on 23th Dec which was supposed to be delivered on 27th but still it's not delivered. Called the customer service people number of times but all I got were fake promised that the product will be delivered. No one is even bothered to call and check. No calls from from the delivery team Not happy :(

Due refunds totalling over £200 for wrong orders delivered. Finally collected and confirmed delivery over 2 weeks ago. Still getting the runaround. They send messages indicating how important their customers are but don't deliver on large refunds. I ordered garden furniture. What a mistake. Now, Temu has both returns AND my money, well over £200. They may return a few pounds but beware of large purchases! Loved TEMU before this. Cannot trust them now. Update: 30 June, Still NO REFUND. They have the goods and my money!

Bought games available to download anytime you want a personal back up of your games, not needing to go online or boot up a client. Maybe outside of Ubisoft games, avoid those like a plague.Overall GOG is a great service for people who value ownership of their games, and the games are cheap to boot. Happy to support the platform as long as it upholds its DRM-free policy

I am losing thousands of dollars due to Southwest Airlines cancelling my flight this morning at 0300 on 12/27 for my flight on 12/29/2022 at 0612 to Dallas the. On to Sacramento. I don’t know that I will ever trust this airline again. I want them to reimburse me for all the money I’m losing not being able to work and no flights through the new year. Very poor service.

I signed up on Patreon to follow a guy who I thought would be interesting. After checking the content, I decide to cancel the membership. Even though I signed up in mid-March, they charged me the full monthly amount. My membership is going to be only valid until March 31st, which means I would have only enjoyed half a month. However, Patreon doesn't refund me the extra $75 I paid upfront.Similar to many reviews, these guys are quite tricky with your money. They take it and play with it in a way that smells like a scam.First experience and last one with Patreon.

Ordered a laptop but realized i had purchased a refurbished laptop and it was being shipped to a address i no longer live at, even after changing the address on the order form to the correct one. The laptop won't shipped for another week. But i am unable to cancel the order even though the order was created yesterday and the seller is newegg themselves. All I want to do is, cancel my order and place a new order for another laptop which is actually more expensive and to the correct address but Newegg can’t figure this conundrum out.I will be returning this item and deleting my newegg account never using this site again. Never bought a computer from anywhere but Micro-Center and now I know why.

Macys bedding is terrible they call it whit glove i call it a disaster they arrived on time opened the truck and there is a dirty used mattress they picked up from someone home it suppose to be wraped in plastic but it was not and my mattress was not in the original manufacture box so i refused it .macys is going downhill .i used to use macys fur vault and it was good untill 2020 when they had an infestation of moth and i lose 2 of my valuable coats .i think macys should close there door already the trust is gone
