I think the system is a little clunky

I think the system is a little clunky. I don't like that you can not assign one person to multiple companies. We work within the business world some people are intertwined with multiple organizations. This should be an option. I also wish that opportunities could exist as their own setup with the only activities recorded within the opportunity being the ones related to that specific opportunity. Right now anyone who is associated with an opportunity will bring over all their activities. So we have to scrub through numerous emails, calls, etc. in order to find the ones that actually relate to the opportunity we are looking at.

Do not use VRBO, or other Expedia companies

Do not use this company, or any other owned by Expedia, which includes Hotels.com VRBO,Travelocity,Hotwire.com Orbitz,Ebookers, Cheap tickets, Car rentals.com Motif and Trivago.Their customer relations is appalling.Never dealt with a company so inept and useless and do not care and continually stonewall you.I have spoken by phone to head office in Austin and in London on several occasions. Sent numerous messages on the website and had a continuing emailcorrespondence with VRBO billing team (Amanda), over several months each time getting same canned response.They don't care !!!

Well tiktok I was all for you n your app didn't use your app but mayb 4 time's well someone charged my debit card 50 time's n tiktok says they don't see it' day after it happened 99 cents to 4.99 1 time is to MANY I'm on disability and u should have no access to my bank act yet u did stealing My disability income!! Never reimbursed for a ticket purchase but never received

Ticket was paid for. Later in the day, after being told the ticket was ready, I attempted to download it, I received a message that, “something went wrong,” After several attempts, I called SeatGeek, and they were unable to help and asked me to screenshot and send them my “can’t download” email. Later in the day I received another email saying the the transaction had been cancelled. I did go to the event purchasing a second ticket through the university’s website. Sure enough, while sitting in the stands watching the game, I received an email saying that the original ticket had gone through and was now ready to download. I called SeatGeek the next day, and I received an apology plus a promise of being reimbursed within 3 or 4 business days for my original purchase. Still haven’t heard from SeatGeek. I was lucky that this was a cheap ticket. I would hate to think what it would have been like if this had been a major purchase like upcoming World Series tickets. I have always used SeatGeek successfully in the past. They have always been my first choice when it comes to purchasing tickets for numerous events. However, I regret to say that I’ll be ordering my world series tickets through StubHub, due to concerns that I might never receive the tickets if I go through SestGeek.Regards,RK

This party is very unreliable and does not keep their agreements. I have been a customer of Activecampaign for years, only because of the enormous price increases that they have implemented we had a price agreement, which had a major impact on my decision. A month later a price increase is made that is enormous. Then I contact them and it is confirmed that I keep the agreed price, only then the increased price is written off and the support knows nothing. While I have sent all tickets with agreements and now they no longer respond! UNRELIABLE. After the price increases there are better alternatives such as, sendgrid send in blue. I would not recommend Activecampaign to anyone because of the poor support, not keeping the agreements and not the best software compared to the market.

Well I guess I am a sucker

Well I guess I am a sucker. Had design for an app contest on 99Desgins. After selecting the winner, which by the way I was never able to speak with to discuss issues with the project. I ended up getting 5 out of the 80 pages designed for an absurd price and the designs are actually unusable because I still do not have the stock images, do not have the figma files instead I received 5 screens in JPEG format that are absolutely worthless and there are spelling errors everywhere so I cannot even use them as a mock up. I then contacted the designer to design the other pages and he is now apparently outraged by the offer I am making. I guess I will shoot it up to doing this the first and only time.

Ordered a shed over Memorial Day…

Ordered a shed over Memorial Day weekend. Good sale price. Order was shown as “on hold” so I texted with Wayfair today and they said it would ship this weekend with tracking number to follow. Not 4 hours later I get an email from Wayfair that my order was cancelled due to a processing error. I called their customer service number waited on hold for 9 minutes+ was told they would connect me to a senior advisor. Got hung up on. Called back and spoke to someone from Wayfair. He said that the supplier canceled the order not Wayfair. He said Wayfair can not do anything…yet that same supplier “Outdoor Living Today” still has this shed for sale on Wayfair’s site. It should be noted that with the sale I paid $2385+ tax. The current price is $3454. I’m pretty sure I know why they canceled my order. Wayfair needs to hold their supplier to be honest and follow thru with the sale. If they don’t then Wayfair should ban that supplier from selling thru Wayfair. BTW - the Wayfair comment that this has been resolved is kind of funny. A unilateral cancellation because your sale price was too low! Never again will I order from Wayfair!

I run a small-biz in California and paid more to Shopify than I made in sales. I read that Shopify stops support small businesses and focuses on enterprises.So after they increased their fees, I switched to SoTrusty.com as it's 3x cheaper and comes with the features I need.
