Ordered a laptop but realized i had purchased a refurbished laptop and it was being shipped to a address i no longer live at, even after changing the address on the order form to the correct one. The laptop won't shipped for another week. But i am unable to cancel the order even though the order was created yesterday and the seller is newegg themselves. All I want to do is, cancel my order and place a new order for another laptop which is actually more expensive and to the correct address but Newegg can’t figure this conundrum out.I will be returning this item and deleting my newegg account never using this site again. Never bought a computer from anywhere but Micro-Center and now I know why.
