In my life, rarely experienced a customer service this bad. It felt like talking to scam company. I am in shock to see such a horrible, unprofessional customer service. Never expected from Sony. They just abruptly closed the chat. Unbelievable. Sony, you should be ashamed of having such a customer service. Spend money on training please.
