I signed up, and ordered a tow. They were only able to complete half the tow due to mechanic not taking after hours drop off. So I had the car towed to my home, and made an appointment for the car to be towed to the mechanic in the morning. Appointment time came and went so I called them. The service rep gets on the phone and says my appointment was canceled due to a $60 fee being due. I was never told anything about this the night before. They didn’t even call to tell me this they just canceled and wasted my time. Then I tried to give her a card that I use for emergencies which is in mine and my mother’s name. She would not take the card. I then had to call someone else and pay $225 for a tow. Thanks for wasting my time and money
