We recently switched from our old carrier to Google Fi. My sister and brother-in-law have had it for several years, and they have been happy with their service. My husband's Pixel 7a works fine. My phone is a hot mess. I can only text about half of my contacts, and calls sometimes need several attempts to go through. I called their customer service number, and they walked me through a series of tests, none of the texts that I sent went through, and I told them that. I was on the phone with them for over an hour. At one point, they told me to put my phone on airplane mode (but they would call me back if we were disconnected). My phone was on airplane mode for a good 30 seconds....the call was never disrupted, which was strange. At the end of the call, they told me they would escalate my problem to another technician, and they would reach out via email. That email was just a repeat of the tests I had already done with the first technician/team. Nothing has changed with respect to phone functionality. My husband and brother-in-law both have a background in computer science. Together, we tried every troubleshooting tactic they could think of. Last night, we reset my phone to factory settings and started from scratch. Now, I can text/contact even fewer of my contacts than before. I reached out to Google Fi support this afternoon, they said "we are aware of the problem, and we're working on it". They refused to offer a replacement phone, nor did they offer for someone to look at the phone physically. What I have currently is an expensive paperweight. Edit: After almost 2-weeks of being told to repeat the same 5 trouble shooting techniques, with no improvement with phone function, we were able to cancel our service without the usual penalty. I suspect this may due to me telling them I filed a complaint with the FCC. Seriously, if Google Fi is giving you the runaround, contact the FCC!!

Review of duolingo
OMG where do I start? Whatever you do, don't try the 'free two weeks' because at the end of the two weeks, they will just take the money without you having given permission. How they are allowed to get away with this, I do not know. The irony was, I was considering going the paid route, but then the app kept glitching. No way can you contact them to fix it. That alone is enough to make me run for the hills. So now I can't even USE the damn app which I never agreed to buy in the first place. Disgusting. Why Apple (for example) don't have stricter customer service requirements, I don't know. Oh wait, it's about ripping off whoever you can. How sad.

Awful product. Not only is the product useless for language learning, but I had a subscription with cost over £100. I then got locked out of my account and couldn't access it. Their support was useless, they didn't respond to repeated emails. I never did get back into the account. £100 gone. More or less theft as far as I am concerned.

Hurrah Daily Mail has finally managed to stop me reading their rag on line. It was an unhealthy relationship anyway !! Way to go for making it impossible due to the overwhelming about of ads - enjoy your decline of on line readership xx
Review of boredpanda
Been using Bored Panda for years, and it was well worth it, but it has just gotten worse and worse. Most of it is now ads ("look at these Amazon "must buys"); all stories have inexcusable levels of censorship often to the extent that most of the comments are simply "what does xxx mean?"; and more often than not the site redirects itself to a new advert mid-way through reading. I've given up.
Review of allrecipes
For everyone who has lost faith in the site or the app, I recommend using the OpenComments Web app (app.opencomments.com) or Android app to keep track of your recipes. OpenComments literally lets you write on the website, so you can leave notes to yourself and others about the recipe, such as metric equivalents and tweaks to the recipe. Just navigate to the page you want to comment on using OpenComments and post your comment. It's just that easy. And everyone navigating to the same page will see your comments.
Review of wellsfargo
I’ve been a member of Wells Fargo for over 30 years. Honestly, I’m fed up with their lack of service. Today I received an email they are down grading the type of account I have. Basically to reduce their cost as well as the amenities offered. I am sick and tired at the reduction of customer care they give and constant elimination of services. We consistently have a balance over their minimum but that doesn’t matter to them nor does our credit rating is 845. I am going to search for a different bank that is more consistent and values their customers. Good bye Wells Fargo, good luck on selling the informed public on the downward spiral of what once was a great company.

Kristina T was amazing and so much more helpful than some senior staff. She was able to understand my challenges and explain to me how to solve them. Yesterday when I approached for help, they kept on clarifying the problem to me, which was a technical explanation equating to Gibberish. Kristina step me though all the steps I needed to do and explained how to do them

What a terrible company, customer service is way below expectation. Gave 15 days notice to make payment they suspended account on the 3rd day. All my 50+ staff members had no access to emails and my business was disrupted. Customer service disappointing. We need to move providers ASAP.
