Scammers! They have representatives all over in departmental stores promising customers gift cards if they purchase a line with them. But the gift cards never arrive. We made multiple claims and after several calls to AT&T Rewards Centre, Billing & Sales Department they finally tell us that we aren't eligible for the card. Wasted our energy & time only to get scammed. Utterly disappointing service. Don't believe the sales reps they have in departmental stores. Never recommending this service line to anyone.

This company and software is more like a spyware to me. All I needed was Adobe software to edit PDFs. This company has installed an extortionate number of services that run in the background, It installed another software (Creative cloud) that I never use that has even more services running in the background, and I have not been able to find a way to turn these off from the software preferences.I AM PAYING £3000 EVERY FEW MONTHS FOR THIS SPYWARE TO BE RUN ON MY PC.SLOWS THE PC RIGHT DOWN!!!!WE NEED AN ALTERNATIVE

I canceled my subscription after 2 months of not using it. I was charged a $50 fee for early cancellation. I contacted support. They agreed to refund me. However, my card was locked immediately after. And then it all started happening. I tried to contact support about 20 times. But it didn't solve the problem at all. Sometimes they sent me a link to update my card. I followed it and got no response. Sometimes they sent me a link that didn't work. Sometimes they told me to wait. I'd rather they said we don't pay you. Then I wouldn't have wasted my time and effort. Frustrating. Terrible company.

Terrible service. Have been stuck in a 'Annual' subscription for 3 years now and haven't been able to get out of it because I haven't canceled in the '14 day' renewal window which I have been said I was suppose to receive an email for which never came.

I would love this app/website... if it didn't randomly glitch, stop playing music, or not load nearly every time I try to use it. I have this issue both on my phone and on my laptop, both of which are fairly new and don't have issues with other music players. I have continued to pay for the premium subscription in the hopes that Spotify will get it together but will unsubscribe now.

Dont recommend using Back to Back Auto repair shop which accepts no accountability for their work. They did a brake job, front axle Toyota 4RNR, left front had rotor wobble.normally get 40-50,000 miles out of a brake job. Got less than six, 6,000 miles and the right side started wobbling. Hardly drove the car in 2020 and 2021 now its just like the left side, did they replace right side? probably not? at very least put crummy parts in. Owner couldnt care less. said its up to me. didnt offer to even look at. Scammer

I have used Asus Motherboards for years, approx 17yrs to be precise................but I will never again waste my money on there crap and will go MSi/Aorus from now onI have used Asus for years, but after the latest purchase of a ASUS ROG STRIX X470F- Gaming (a £249 Motherboard), I will never buy one of their products again.The motherboard was sat in my tower, as they do.......... quite happily!This was purchased in October 2018 to accompany my Ryzen 2700X, 16GB 3200mhz Corsair Vengeance ram and Samsung 970 EVO and 960 EVO 3d NAND NVME drivesAll well and good until one evening whilst using my pc I hear a kinda cracking noise from my tower. Upon inspection, i noticed the USB 3.1 Gen1 socket had completely detached from the board with the front IO cable still attached leaving exposed pins on my MOBO and killing my 2 day old £160 Corsair AIO cooler!Long story short, Asus refuse point blank to do anything about the Strix X470F motherboard which was less then 8months old when the socket detached from the motherboard, spiking and trashing my brand spanking new AIO in the process................ w*****s basically told me warranty/exchange would only be possible if it wasnt damaged and linked me to an article saying id damaged it so its my problem!I have raised a small claims court claim for the motherboard, loss of earnings and also for the damaged water cooler!AVOID AT ALL COSTS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
