A terrible company for support

I canceled my subscription after 2 months of not using it. I was charged a $50 fee for early cancellation. I contacted support. They agreed to refund me. However, my card was locked immediately after. And then it all started happening. I tried to contact support about 20 times. But it didn't solve the problem at all. Sometimes they sent me a link to update my card. I followed it and got no response. Sometimes they sent me a link that didn't work. Sometimes they told me to wait. I'd rather they said we don't pay you. Then I wouldn't have wasted my time and effort. Frustrating. Terrible company.
