Great platform that has recently started spiring out of control. Especially with customer service.Customer service simply does not respond, for days and in some cases weeks regardless of numerous follow up and tickets. Then 4-5 days later send you an email saying you have not responded to them and they close the ticket, even though I send you multiple emails asking for follow-up and let you know the issue is not being resolved.Marking this 1 star hoping somebody at make will see this and investigate. Your system is either not receiving messages from customers, or somebody in your Support team is intentionally not doing their job.

Wife and I been members for more than 35 yrs continuously and all 3 ‘children ‘ worked as teenagers during holidays at local NT site restaurant. Booking system is a joke and one gets the impression there is something else at play here possibly, as others have quoted, that non members are getting priority as are fee paying.How unbelievable is that possibility. Feel immensely disappointed and somewhat angry alongside a feeling of being taken for granted and exploited as a loyal member. It seems loyalty is an opportunity for exploitation and would never have expected this from the NT under any circumstances. We live and learn. The message to NT is simple. You need to sort this fiasco and you need to appreciate your current membership or it may well fade away. People do not have unlimited patience. Feeling undervalued is an incredibly strong emotion so please smell the coffee.

If you do Royal Caribbean will assign your new cruise to the last travel agent you used without your authorization. The only way to get your cruise released for you personally or any other travel agent to set up your new cruise you will have to get the last used agent to release it by way of a letter mailed to Royal. Proof MSN doesn't favor liberals.. ME. I came here for answers for why all my comments go under review when I try to post and found it's not just me. I noticed lots of people accusing MSN of political bias that favors liberals, hates the 1st amendment, etc. Non-liberals accuse MSN of putting even their nice comments on non-political stories under indefinite review because of their political views. People seem to think MSN is a person, with a petty, vindictive attitude. That's not it. I'm liberal, but it doesn't matter how careful I am with the words I use, my comments always go under review. The only thing I can think of is that someone didn't like one of my comments, or my political views, and reported me. People will report others because of their views, political or otherwise, or if they don't have a good comeback. "Oh yeah?! Take that! I reported you!" MSN needs to discipline people don't have good reason to report others!

I bought a new LG OLED television from Best Buy on 12-2-2020. It was the OLED65CXPUA model. It was very highly rated at the time. I did lots of research and this was my baby. Unfortunately, three years later it has developed a white horizontal line across the upper right side of the tv. I spoke to several repair people including those at the GEEK squad at Best Buy. I was assured it was not worth fixing. I had already gone to the internet and tried several possible resolutions but nothing worked.So now after only three years I am left with a broken tv that cost me dearly. I have owned Samsung tv's for years and never a problem. This has destroyed my confidence in LG products. My washer, dryer, refrigerator are all LG. When I called their support line I was asked if it was under warranty. It is not. I was told there was nothing they could do to fix my problem. If this television had been 8 or 10 years old it would not be an issue. Three years is a very short life span for a television.I will avoid OLED and LG televisions in the future. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.Please do your own research before buying. Doug
