I bought a new LG OLED television from Best Buy on 12-2-2020. It was the OLED65CXPUA model. It was very highly rated at the time. I did lots of research and this was my baby. Unfortunately, three years later it has developed a white horizontal line across the upper right side of the tv. I spoke to several repair people including those at the GEEK squad at Best Buy. I was assured it was not worth fixing. I had already gone to the internet and tried several possible resolutions but nothing worked. So now after only three years I am left with a broken tv that cost me dearly. I have owned Samsung tv's for years and never a problem. This has destroyed my confidence in LG products. My washer, dryer, refrigerator are all LG. When I called their support line I was asked if it was under warranty. It is not. I was told there was nothing they could do to fix my problem. If this television had been 8 or 10 years old it would not be an issue. Three years is a very short life span for a television.I will avoid OLED and LG televisions in the future. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.Please do your own research before buying. Doug
