Went to Macy's Black Friday sale at 5:00 a.m. They had none of the items they advertised. I found 4 items that was advertised as a sale but they were manufacturers rebate & they had no rebate forms or information. Downloaded one that was expired. No help in the store. For their prices the store looked cheap & junky. TARGET & WALMART looked better than MACY'S. So disappointed & disgusted. Lost me as a customer. I DO HAVE A CHOICE.

I bought Laptop yoga chrome book on 3rd…I bought Laptop yoga chrome book on 3rd of December from Lenovo.com and after next day I call the Customer service to cancel the order. When I phone up to tell them I don’t want it they say it’s to let the order has been already shipped. They lier as fuc….very shi….Customer service. Anyway it’s has been 1 week now since I am chasing my refund all time saying different bull shi..very disappointed about this company very very poor customer service I will not recommend this people very Very dodgy people 👎 Very shi…company…….

NEVER USE THESE GUYSI didn't even realise automatic renewal was enabled, they suddenly take money, i cancelled everything immediately and said i dont want this service for the next year can i get a refund - oh we dont do refunds? Worst customer experience ever.

I used GetYourGuide to find something to do in Rügen, during my mini-holiday there. I found several options and decided for a boat tour. Booking and paying the root on the website was really easy and quick. On that day of the tour I just needed to show the ticket on my phone to check-in. Great experience for me, super reliable and easy from finding an activity to actually doing it.

I have been using GYG for a while now but I am going to stop using this platform. Sometimes I really enjoyed my experience attending events that I could find on GYG but now I realized that this platform does not check the event organizers and does not care about the customer experience. Firstly, I believe that most event organizers are focused on ripping off naive tourists. At least they often offer overpriced tickets that could have been bought officially for much less money. Secondly, I have had several situations where I was a few minutes late and I did not get any support/response from the event organizers/GYG so I just wasted my money. It is up to you to plan your stay while travelling using GYG or not, but be aware that there is no guarantee that your experience will be good since GYG doesn't care.
