Very upset. What I ordered online was not received, but I paid back in advance, then nightmare started! I requested refund and was told the refund would be shopping credit in Macy's card, but after months still nothing there. Macy's said they issued me a refund cheque instead months ago and it's already encashed. But I never requested and never received any cheque, not even say I encashed it! A Manager got my complaint call, refunded me by ACH. HOWEVER, same amount shown on my Macy's credit card again as my debt! From Apr to now, I called 13 times to Macy's to complain on it, and nothing really resolved, and they even charged me penalties for NOT-MY-RESPONSIBILITY debt as LATE FEE and INTEREST FEE. I rated 1 here as no 0 as option!!!
