After waiting for a fridge for three weeks the shipping date was suddenly changed to "deliverable in two weeks" the day before the item was to arrive at my apartment. Without any action to contact me to explain. Very disappointed and customer service reacted annoyed when I asked about my delivery. No goodwill on Otto side. Will not order from there again.

This is organized crime supporting Kickstarter.I'm no longer becoming a Superbacker, even though Kickstarter wanted to motivate me to do so.I have supported 7 projects so far.2 x Scam BS5 x delayedKickstarter is a thing of the past for me.

Car thing is a scam, been onto them twice and customers service cuts me off early all the time. where is the "is there anything else I can help you with?" Terrible entitled attitude hiding behind a multi bn company always thinking they are above the law. Where in the T&C it says they reserve the right to brick it. It was active for only two years... Got phones from 00s that still work. In addition to the app constantly stuttering. People only used the platforms because of the amount of work the actual artists put into their music. But the actual platform Spotify is just a greedy run criminally organised scam company.

Worst support ever. They extremely good in finding excuses in order not to provide support, even in paid customers. Almost 2 weeks now trying to fix a range of machines not syncing properly. Furthermore, well known bugs in their Android software, prevent proper syncing of files with Greek characters. Know for over a year this but done nothing.

I’ve been a customer of American Express now for probably about 25years. I’ve noticed recently that the service has gone down. I’m looking now at all the other reviews from the dozens of other people and it seems that in the in the rush to make huge profits, the most expensive credit card in the marketplace, charging more fees, to both merchants, and to the customers has the most dismal service which results in high extraordinary, high profits . My next stop is discover credit card . I’ve heard that their customer service is still American based it’s perhaps good they claim to be using American customer service advisors Let’s hope that they don’t also drink the Kool-Aid that American Express CEO has taken short term game for long-term pain. That’s what I say. Good luck, American Express .
