Worst support ever. They extremely good in finding excuses in order not to provide support, even in paid customers. Almost 2 weeks now trying to fix a range of machines not syncing properly. Furthermore, well known bugs in their Android software, prevent proper syncing of files with Greek characters. Know for over a year this but done nothing.
