No goodwill, when shipping date was suddenly changed suddenly to "deliverable in two weeks"

After waiting for a fridge for three weeks the shipping date was suddenly changed to "deliverable in two weeks" the day before the item was to arrive at my apartment. Without any action to contact me to explain. Very disappointed and customer service reacted annoyed when I asked about my delivery. No goodwill on Otto side. Will not order from there again.
